Great Canadian Oil Change

I usually do my own basic maintenance on my truck, but i have been working long hours, 6 days a week and could not find the time. So i went to gcoc, the kid working was polite and seemed to know what he was talking about. Upon finishing i asked how much oil he put in my vehicle, to which he responded 4.5L because that is what his computer told him to do. I politely told him that my owners manual states the correct amount as per manufacturers specs says it needs 5.2L. which is the amount i have used every oil change i have done since i purchased the truck. This is when a second employee who apparently over heard our conversation comes over to see what is happening, i imagine. He aggressively asks me how much oil i think is supposed to be used in my vehicle. I tell him the 5.2L is the correct amount. He argues with me about it. I proceed to get out my owners manual and showed him that I do know what i am talking about. After seeing it he tells me it is not correct and refused to give me the appropriate amount of oil. Claiming his computer knows better. I just laughed payed my bill and left. Will never be returning to this establishment. Terrible service by ignorant employees.

Got an oil change and coolant replacement. Good service.

They don't properly change oil and flush systems.
We went with both our vehicles, a Ford truck and a Suzuki SUV. My SUV has to be taken apart to get to the oil so they turned me away but we're able to do my husbands. They said they did a transmission flush and an oil change. When we took my car for an oil change to our mechanic at PAG automotive, he checked my husband's car over for us. He shows you the liquids before and after changing and the truck's were disgusting! Not flushed at all. We trust PAG with everything now. Peter even helped us find a reliable place when we called from a breakdown in BC one summer.
He is amazing and I will never trust these shops run by teens ever again.

Before getting an oil change I told the guys I had a small oil leak. They diagnosed the problem and told me where to find the part to fix it. They even offered to install it for free.

The service they provided is some of the best I've ever had, and I will be a loyal customer for years to come.
