Great Clips

Came to get my haircut, it looked alright so I figured I'd take my daughter here because she wanted it cut really bad. Bad mistake. The lady albeit was nice, but completely neglected to make sure my daughters hair was even. So now my daughter has 2 completely obvious levels of hair that one is noticeably longer than the other. Thanks... don't know if I'll be coming back.

I had a bald spot cut into my hair with the trimming razor. The hairdresser also completely neglected to cut my bangs. Haircut costs are rising and it now costs $21 to get a haircut at Great Clips so I expect a higher level of service than this.

I've had a good experience here except for a few times were they sort of messed up how short I wanted my hair. Decent place tho

Terrible haircuts. I was embarrassed to even walk outside. She cut my hair way to short after recommending it should be long and she cut my bangs completely straight. The new people they hired barley speak english.

I used to go here often and love it but the condition has fallen, I would have rated them higher before.

Usually very good. Britta is really good. She is the manager. Some of the hairstylists are better than others. Most are very friendly. They often have coupons or sales. 🙂 You can book online with the app before you go.

Really like this place. Britta was super friendly and chatty which I like. She really took the time to trim my split ends and burnt hair. She also gave me a few tips on straightening my hair to try and reduce the scorching. I like that I don't get lectures when I go to great clips, just helpful information that I can actually use. Really pleasant experience, I'll be back for sure.

I had a coupon (any haircut for 9.99) and decided to try the place out. I went there on March 24, 2017. I will never return. The lady who did the haircut turned me sideways to the mirror for the whole time. When she was done (after less then 10 minutes) , she just asked : "Is it ok?" I wasn't offered a mirror to see the back. I wasn't convinced, but I thought it will be better when I get home and wash and dry my hair. Well, it's worse. The bottom line is not strait at all and the layers are barely visible. Not to mention that I had a feeling she was rushing to catch her bus or something as she was pulling my hair really hard.
The only good thing is that she cut it longer than I asked and there is still room for another hairdresser to fix it.
One more thing - the fabric she covered me with had a previous customer hair on it.
Don't go there. I should have read the reviews before I decided to go there. As someone else mentioned - it looks like they don't know what they are doing.
The check in lady was nice and polite, but that doesn't help my experience.

I've been going here for a few years now. It can get pretty busy, but you can mitigate that by using the online sign-in app. I'm not there often enough to recognize the staff, but it feels like there are always different people there. That said, for those that are not hair-educated (i.e., me), they keep track of what they did to your head so they can just repeat it. I think I've only ever had really one "bad" haircut, here. The rest have been fine and the people are super-friendly.
