Worst haircut ever ruined my night. They don't know how to fade or do a line up they f***ed up my side burn save your money and they ask a lot of personal questions just to get a haircut

I enjoy getting my hair cut by Patty. She does an excellent job, and I enjoy talking with her.

I've been getting haircut there since 2006 fair prices and the hairstylist does listen to what you want.

This review is on behalf of my husband who since I've known him, has had mediocre to bad haircuts across the city. He has now had his hair cut twice by Channing at this location and his hair looks incredible! Can't say enough...

it was my first time at great clips but i was disgusted with kind of customer service.the guy who cut my hair was not only rude was drunk too!!. After paying price for hair cut which they don't deserve i got bad service and bad customer experience. I did speak to customer service but no reply from them!!

I was reading some of the reviews below and was surprised about some low ratings. I am always, I repeate, I am always asked what kind of hair cut I need. If I like what I had last time, I just feel them so and I get the same style and hair length etc. Staff is always greeting in friendly manner. They occasionally tell me about the products but never tried to upsell. I usually book my appointment by the app so I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. I live at just 5 minutes walk distance so I had got my haircut from this place several times over the years by different stylists and I can't say I was ever disappointed. These guys send discount vouchers sometimes in post which makes the haircut even cheaper. The place smells good and is always clean.
