I was given the most rushed, half-assed haircut of my life. No attempt to adhere to my request for a simple trim along the top. Instead, I now look like I’m ready to be shipped off to boot camp. I have been to this location twice and this will be my last. Even after the lacklustre haircut, I was ushered out quickly with no opportunity to check if I was satisfied. Low effort, Poor service. I suggest you look elsewhere for a decent haircut.

Been going here for a year as it is in a great location for me. I just get a standard haircut and it comes out great everytime. I've also tried there online check in and it has saved me a lot of time waiting. Friendly staff make it an enjoyable experience.

It's in a convenient location for me so I use them on a regular basis. I never seem to get the same hairdresser, it might sounds weird, but I'd like to build repor with one single hairdresser

I take my brother there every month. Great friendly service. Good thing that you can also add yourself into the line by signing up online.

Started taking my toddler here because had coupons, two out of three hair cut he received from here were not the cut I wanted. First mistake was on my son's second visit. I brought photos of the hair cut I wanted and did not get it. On our third visit I wanted my son to have long hair on top and very clean sides. She separated the hair for long part and shaved the sides and did nothing else. She did say I could comeback and she will fix, to her defense they were very busy. But had I known it was something I could have done at home. On the plus side this place is always friendly and never had any issue with customer service. If it's a special cut you want go to a real salon, but for regular cut this place is mostly good. I think I will not be making any more special request cut for my toddler. Will let them give their USUAL. Will be returning for a FIX and "THE USUAL" from now on.

Have been going here for at least 10 years and this will be the last time. I checked in online, stood at the cash register for 5 minutes and was not acknowledged. Sat down to wait for another 10 minutes and someone who didn't check in online was taken in front of me. For some reason, I was required to provide my home address, this time. Hair cutter performed her job like it was a race, scrapping my head multiple times. Lots of other places to go to in the NW.

Worst haircut I've ever got. Most incompetent hairdressers in the city, never go here. They're a joke.

Usually a fast and friendly service.
