Worst service ever! Avoid at all cost! Haircut is horrible. My stylist spent around 5 minutes on haircut. I was so surprised it was that fast. I asked her to fix several obvious things. Like the level of hair on left side is much longer then on right side. There was bunch of hair sticking out on the top. It was not symmetrical at all! Even I can see that without stylist degree. And the stylist was so unwilling to fix anything. She agreed to do with a sigh and upset face. She was a young lady with tattoo on her shoulder. She was cutting my hair the way gardeners cutting the trees. Worst service ever! I would not suggest that particular stylist. My first and last time there!

Love the online check in, prices are great. Quality of haircut is sadly lacking.

Good place for a quick cut for the kids. Book online and don't forget the lollipop.

Lazy and unprofessional. Also the blonde lady is racist. My advice is to pay more somewhere else and get a better quality service.

I got in fast. I liked my haircut. My stylist was friendly. That’s all you need. Way less expensive than anywhere else downtown.

Haircuts are usually what was asked for and look good. Check in online to avoid long waits at times. Beard trimming was terrible though, will never pay for it again.

Checked in online "wait time 0 minutes". Arrived 10 minutes later. Waited 30. Not once. Every time. There's no other place near me on my budget so I'm forced to come here.
Edit: down to 1 star because it's 22c outside and they refuse to put on the A/C. I can feel sweat dripping down my scalp while getting my hair cut. Lovely.

Excellent value for simple haircuts. Jen and Joanna are friendly and proficient. Easy to get in and get out over the lunch hour.

My girlfriend's friend accidentally cut her hair a little too short today. But with Jen's expert skills the day was saved. She was kind and professional. She made my girlfriend look like a million dollars. I would definitely recommend Great Clips and Jen.

This was honestly one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Quick service, amazing prices (19.95$ for a women's haircut), great conversations and exactly the lenght I asked for. I will definitely come back

My first time in this branch and worst experience. Jennifer was my hairstylist. First of all they screwed my online checkin, when I got there my name was on the list and instead of checking me in, they removed my name and it made lots of confusion when it was my turn (it's okay, it happens). but the worst part was Jennifer, a rude girl with lots of hysterical laughters! She asked lots of irrelevant question like my religion and that my name reveal it all! And cut my hair under five minutes, didn't even ask me if i like it or I need anything else, then I asked for shampooing and she said she is not doing it unless I pay $5 extra in a rude way! (Of course I'm paying extra for it, no need to act that rude!). Then she did under 30 seconds and basically washed only half of my head! And said yeah I'm fast i know what I'm doing!
After years of being their customer, because of her and other bad experiences in Great Clips i will stop going there anymore...

Thursday evening I sat there for over an hour with 9 others waiting, while they had 1 new lady working. I was the 5th person to get up and leave. Shockingly bad run business.

Great haircuts for a great price. The online check-in feature works pretty well in that you can just show up when it's your turn.

They get me in nice and quick with little to no wait time with online check-in which is recommended. Hair cuts comparable to other salons of the same price and I've been happy with the quality they provide
