Got a pretty good haircut here with friendly staff. However I brought in a competitors coupon and only got $3 off my haircut rather than matching the price (I had a coupon for a $10 haircut). After advertising "we take competitors coupons" right on their door I would expect them to match the price on the coupon. Why not put an asterisk *max $3 off for competitors​ coupon? Or at least give me their coupon price of $13.99 which would be a fair compromise. Wait times here can be very high so checking in online is recommended.
