Friendly staff. Never had an issue at this location with hair cut either. Good value for the price, and I love the online check in option!

I go here every month,,last couple of cuts for myself and my son were ruined by older lady here,,she does things without asking how would you like it. They should put an option for stylist of your choice.

Showed up there 20 minutes before the closing time an employee (man) told me, did you check-in online I said no I'm showing 20 minutes before the closing time. He responded, well we all have a customer (three of them) and someone who did a check-in online is coming. Told him, I will go somewhere else and he responded ... Perfect... Usually, it takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to do my hair... Very disappointing , lack of professionalism... Guess someone could not wait for the end of the day of afraid to work after closing time...

Worst hair cut experience in my life. A young guy (never seen him before in this place) ruined my hair cut and my day. Cut my hair uneven. Left longer chunks of hair sticking out. Didn't dry my hair resulting in it spiking it chaotically in all directions. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was on option. I had long beautiful hair down to my butt and asked an older lady to take off 3 inches to take off all the dead ends and round it out instead of a straight cut. She took off 5 inches of not more, cut it into a V shape and one side is way longer than the other and it's all scraggly. I'm completely devistated and would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Priscilla is the worst hair dresser you can get a hair cut from. I made a point that my hair is curly and can't be too short. She chopped it off which I was not pleased with. I made a formal complaint with the company and the franchisee has not gotten back to me. Very disappointed. I would never give this a one star, more like a -10.
