Great Clips

Great cut. Nice folks. fast. I was on my lunch break and had time to spare. Also like the prices.

Bad...experience. Went in for a haircut this evening at about 8PM. Was not busy at all and a young woman cut my hair. I have been going to Great Clips for about the last 7 years, same cut, same style every time, basic style notes are loaded into their computer to make it easy. Routine men's haircut, or so it should be. My hair looked like I had tried to cut it myself with a lawnmower. She was extremely awkward and it seemed like she had never done this before at all. Isn't there a training school for Great Clips staff? Luckily for me, there was another stylist working that came over and did her best to fix my hair. This second woman was very friendly and apologetic but it didn't matter. I won't be back there for a long time. Great Clips have taken the "great" out of their name.

My hair was probably 3 or four inches past my shoulders, and I desperately needed a haircut. I know Great Clips can sometimes be iffy so I asked the woman only for a quick trim, maybe taking an inch or two off, nothing fancy. Now my hair looks like someone to a weed wacker to it. On the right side its as short as my jaw line in some places, on the left it comes to my shoulder in parts. She had asked if I wanted her to trim up my pre existing layers and instead she hacked about 4 or 5 layers NONE of which are the same length, and are all horrendously choppy and don't blend in at all. There are chunks of hair that are inches longer than the rest on the bottom, my "side bangs" are cut all the way back my ear. I went back this morning and the Manger was very polite and refunded my money but the more I look at my hair the more upset/ furious I become. This is honestly the worst hair cut I have ever gotten, and now I'm going to have to go to a salon and pay upwards of $60 to fix this god aweful mistake (which is a lot when you're a student!) and lose MORE hair, when all I had wanted was a quick trim to lighten up for the summer heat. Worst hair experience of my life.

Worst hair cut I ever had, the two women working there were rude and they made me wait for 10 minutes even though no other customer was there. I would not recommend this location, I have been in two other locations and I have never had a problem,

Great location with friendly staff! Love how quick and convenient great clips is!!

Pay a little more to get a proper haircut.

The difference between and good and bad haircut is two weeks. Had a great cut 3 times now. I think I finally found a hairdresser that get's my hair!
All the stylists are great there. Now my mom and son get their hairdcut there.
