We stopped in a whim because of my son's passion for trucks. They welcomed us, made time to show my boys one of their trucks and answered all their questions with great patience and consideration. My son left deciding his first truck will be a Kenworth instead of a Western Star because of how well he was treated. Give him 4-5 years and he'll be back to buy.

A Great West experience, my first time having any mechanical repairs there.

Found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment time was kept as per schedule. They overturned a request I had concerning air to air flush, which wasn't needed after all, that saved me time and money. Thanks to all the staff! I was treated like a real customer!..

I'll definitely remember them and return when the need arises.

Well not sure where to start ,,,, $72,000 ? discussed and disappointed? 6 weeks to complete the job ?? I'm gonna rant now ,well I booked my truck in for a platinum caterpillar engine rebuild and made a scheduled appointment to have it in over Christmas so they would have it from the 22nd till the 9th of January when they said it would be ready .haha! So I went to Mexico over Christmas and the weather turned bad and very cold -40ish the week after I left well my truck got left outside in the cold and froze up as well as everything inside the cab and I never let this happen as I have heated shop for storage when I'm home . Thank you for that .then they had the audacity to charge me $150 to boost my truck when I just put new batteries in November $150 ???? Wow.the original quote was $48,000 but ended up at 72,000$ but was $92,000 but they gave me a deal he said ??? Wow really ? I know they said it needed a new crank so it became an out frame not an inframe ,the engine had nearly 2milion Kim's and 37,000hrs so was due .but who can afford to lose six weeks of work in this industry with no income ? So anyways January 27ish I picked the truck up after many days of waiting issues and promises and can get it into gear so the tec cops an attitude and takes the truck around back and comes to me in five mins and says it's good but wasn't so I left anyways having to grind it into gear every time as he said it was in spec ? Then on my first trip out I'm in and out of five different shops from Alberta to Texas and back for various reasons .sensors ,fuel leaks ,water leaks etc .afew things I fixed on my own ,I called Todd in Calgary kenworth in a mood and told him I wasn't happy he didn't seem to be concerned and never heard from them again .but on a 72,000$ engine job they never even changed my air filters ??? They said they were good but in my record book they had 400,000kms on them in two years ?? So my fresh engines first breath of air was through dirty air cleaners and I remembered when I did up the work order with Todd in service I felt stupid even asking for them to change the air cleaners as that should be a givin on a rebuild ???? So what else wasn't changed that should have been ? Rinsed out my fuel filters with bars ol and put back on ? Maybe threw the old liners back in as he said they were still good and the cam maybe ? How would I know ? Then the next trip in a blizzard in North Dakota in the dark my exhaust under the truck falls apart then he's me layin on the side of the road trying to fit that back together freezing my ass off cursing the tec that didn't tighten the clamp .then the next day the ECM packs it totally corroded at the plug why wasn't that noticed during the rebuild ? 1000 tow bill and $4000 later at cat in Jamestown ND I'm up and running again they fixed the clutch ,fuel leak.and now tommorow I'm headed back into cat in Jamestown as the truck is running really rough like I have a u joint going but it's an engine issue .the thing that reminds me daily of this nightmare is every time I open the hood I see my unpainted oil pan ,he did a terrific job painting the rest of the engine as he reassembled it why didn't he paint the oil pan it was off and up side down on the bench and probably the easiest part to reprint at that time ? Still waiting on an air valve ($500) for my brakesaver that was leaking since I got it back must have been over pressured when they test run the engine and put the brakesaver on and blew the valve .very discouraged customer I tell u and there's other issues I had but I think I have ranted enough ,disappointed as the company I'm leased to deals with them a lot as there fleet is all kenworth I thought I would have been treated a little different but apparently not just another over priced Alberta money grabbing shop I should have went with my original plan and had it done at butler caterpillar in North Dakota as those guys know how to treat customers .so next time think long and hard on Calgary kenworth,please .

This place is a joke. 100%. My boyfriend drives a 2016 blue & yellow W900 Icon. There are so many issues with that damn truck and all Kenworth can come up with is "I don't know". They did an update on the ECM and the truck's GPS has been stuck in "walking" mode ever since. This truck was parked there for a month and do you think they had anyone fix the head lights that they cut months prior? Nope. Long haul driving through the mountains and no high beams because Kenworth doesn't know how to fix their own trucks! Ridiculous! The list of issues goes on and on and Kenworth, what do you have to say for yourself? Not a damn thing. I'd just like to see that truck actually working like it should. It recently passed a safety but not because it's safe but because Kenworth sent it out to get its safety done, that way they're not liable for all the issues they know that truck has.

Get your shit together Kenworth.

Some problems solved, thanks to GP KW, thanks for getting me in, unfortunately still having issues UpDate!! Second oil sample done since our, now, $43,000 repair bills , still showing coolant in the oil

So my fresh engines first breath of air was through dirty air cleaners and I remembered when I did up the work order with Todd in service I felt stupid even asking for them to change the air cleaners as that should be a givin on a rebuild ???? So what else wasn't changed that should have been ? Rinsed out my fuel filters with bars ol and put back on ? Maybe threw the old liners back in as he said they were still good and the cam maybe ? How would I know ? Then the next trip in a blizzard in North Dakota in the dark my exhaust under the truck falls apart then he's me layin on the side of the road trying to fit that back together freezing my ass off cursing the tec that didn't tighten the clamp .then the next day the ECM packs it totally corroded at the plug why wasn't that noticed during the rebuild ? 1000 tow bill and $4000 later at cat in Jamestown ND I'm up and running again they fixed the clutch ,fuel leak.and now tommorow I'm headed back into cat in Jamestown as the truck is running really rough like I have a u joint going but it's an engine issue .the thing that reminds me daily of this nightmare is every time I open the hood I see my unpainted oil pan ,he did a terrific job painting the rest of the engine as he reassembled it why didn't he paint the oil pan it was off and up side down on the bench and probably the easiest part to reprint at that time ? Still waiting on an air valve ($500) for my brakesaver that was leaking since I got it back must have been over pressured when they test run the engine and put the brakesaver on and blew the valve .very discouraged customer I tell u and there's other issues I had but I think I have ranted enough ,disappointed as the company I'm leased to deals with them a lot as there fleet is all kenworth I thought I would have been treated a little different but apparently not just another over priced Alberta money grabbing shop I should have went with my original plan and had it done at butler caterpillar in North Dakota as those guys know how to treat customers .so next time think long and hard on Calgary kenworth,please .

This place is a joke. 100%. My boyfriend drives a 2016 blue & yellow W900 Icon. There are so many issues with that damn truck and all Kenworth can come up with is "I don't know". They did an update on the ECM and the truck's GPS has been stuck in "walking" mode ever since. This truck was parked there for a month and do you think they had anyone fix the head lights that they cut months prior? Nope. Long haul driving through the mountains and no high beams because Kenworth doesn't know how to fix their own trucks! Ridiculous! The list of issues goes on and on and Kenworth, what do you have to say for yourself? Not a damn thing. I'd just like to see that truck actually working like it should. It recently passed a safety but not because it's safe but because Kenworth sent it out to get its safety done, that way they're not liable for all the issues they know that truck has.

Get your shit together Kenworth.

We stopped in a whim because of my son's passion for trucks. They welcomed us, made time to show my boys one of their trucks and answered all their questions with great patience and consideration. My son left deciding his first truck will be a Kenworth instead of a Western Star because of how well he was treated. Give him 4-5 years and he'll be back to buy.

A Great West experience, my first time having any mechanical repairs there.

Found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment time was kept as per schedule. They overturned a request I had concerning air to air flush, which wasn't needed after all, that saved me time and money. Thanks to all the staff! I was treated like a real customer!..

Well not sure where to start ,,,, $72,000 ? discussed and disappointed? 6 weeks to complete the job ?? I'm gonna rant now ,well I booked my truck in for a platinum caterpillar engine rebuild and made a scheduled appointment to have it in over Christmas so they would have it from the 22nd till the 9th of January when they said it would be ready .haha! So I went to Mexico over Christmas and the weather turned bad and very cold -40ish the week after I left well my truck got left outside in the cold and froze up as well as everything inside the cab and I never let this happen as I have heated shop for storage when I'm home . Thank you for that .then they had the audacity to charge me $150 to boost my truck when I just put new batteries in November $150 ???? Wow.the original quote was $48,000 but ended up at 72,000$ but was $92,000 but they gave me a deal he said ??? Wow really ? I know they said it needed a new crank so it became an out frame not an inframe ,the engine had nearly 2milion Kim's and 37,000hrs so was due .but who can afford to lose six weeks of work in this industry with no income ? So anyways January 27ish I picked the truck up after many days of waiting issues and promises and can get it into gear so the tec cops an attitude and takes the truck around back and comes to me in five mins and says it's good but wasn't so I left anyways having to grind it into gear every time as he said it was in spec ? Then on my first trip out I'm in and out of five different shops from Alberta to Texas and back for various reasons .sensors ,fuel leaks ,water leaks etc .afew things I fixed on my own ,I called Todd in Calgary kenworth in a mood and told him I wasn't happy he didn't seem to be concerned and never heard from them again .but on a 72,000$ engine job they never even changed my air filters ???
