DO NOT book anything with this company. They do not value their customers at all and the service they provide is inadequate. I tried to contact them on various occasions to voice my concerns- NO ONE EVER tried to call me back. An absolute awful experience!

Totally useless for weed control of my lawn. Started year worse than last. Spoke to them with no recourse. Totally my fault. not their product or service. Showed up automatically for billing! Great Business plan!

Beware of this scam ... Green Drop sends out bogus invoices to former customers hoping that they will pay just to get it over with.
I was a customer with Green Drop last year. Service wasn't horrible nor it wasn't great. I am not complaining about that.
I moved to a different place and advised them about that. But I kept receiving invoices and service notifications. I spike with Green Drop customer support FIVE TIMES now. Each time I called, I was politely told that they understand what's happening, that a "supervisor is looking into my case", it will get resolved soon, and that I should not worry about it. But I am still getting emails from Green Drop. And every time I call, I was told that this time it will actually get resolved.
UPDATE: after being assured AGAIN that everything is taken care of, I received another invoice requesting me to pay.

Update: I was contacted by the area manager after which I did not receive any more notices.

They just did Winterizing and I watch from my window, a quick run through my backyard and missing most of it and back to the front. He saw me at the front door and did a better job at the front and gone in less than 5 minutes. I watched all summer long and very poor workmanship! I called Green Drop immediately and reported my dissatisfaction with their service. He got my name, address and telephone number and said I have been removed and I will not be bother by them next year.

If I could give less stars I would. We hired Green Drop last year to ensure that our lawn was maintained as we have a new house and a newly designed backyard. Green Drop did two visits but in the fall I noticed that the front lawn looked over fertilized. In the spring I let Green Drop know and the technician told me it's dead grass, it won't come back and there is nothing that can be done. I hired a landscaper to cut out the grass and put new sod in. Green Drop didn't see my email, came, fertilized the new sod and old sod because they didn't see my email... Great, so what is the point of communicating in advance?

A month later, Green Drop came to our house and sprayed the backyard. They certainly had a fun time, with spray half way up my 6 foot fence and an evening party planned, I took pictures and a video and scrubbed my fence for two hours to get the chemical off. When I called Green Drop and the call got escalated, I was told that the manager had 'never heard of this' and that 'I shouldn't have scrubbed it off.' It takes Green Drop five (5) business days to address an issue. I'm sure that no one else would want that chemical on their fence for a party, or for five business days given it was a Friday evening. The Manager told me I 'should have left it' as he needed to see it. He didn't believe me, his resolution was to credit my account, and he still failed to understand WHY I was mad.

Fast forward a month and my back yard is covered in weeds... which is surprising considering that Green Drop aerated and seeded my back yard and not my front yard. My front yard is fine but my back is covered in weeds. Then Green Drop fails to show up as scheduled, does not show up the next day, and it's a hot summer day. There was no rationale... they then didn't show up for the next 4 days. So, I then called Green Drop who told me my call would be escalated, someone would be out the NEXT time they were in MY area? Does that make sense? Wouldn't you think that if it was your error, you would show up? Green Drop then shows up, unannounced, and I'm not sure what they did. But now, my perfect green grass has a big burn mark in the back yard... only for me to call and be told that a Manager will call me and someone should get out to see it within five (5) days. The individual I spoke to treated me very poorly and didn't care at all about the situation. He told me that he can't help me. Let's see what happens from here? I am not sure why we pay for a service and product when we spend more time dealing with poor service and a damaged lawn.

Green Drop used to be a great company and cared about customer service, now I think they just care about the bottom line.

Calgsry should know and be aware about Green Drop and how they handle the work they get hired for, so if you are planing on using their service I will advise you to think twice and I will tell you why in 3 points.
1- No communication with customers.
2- No customers services skills.
3- No respect for the schedule.
They are good at one think asked to get payed before even starting.

This is my third year with Green Drop. I could not be happier with my lawn. We tried doing it ourselves for a few years but were having no luck fixing it. Green Drop came in and with in the first year had our lawn looking good and weed free. Thanks to them we now have a beautiful green looking lawn to enjoy. We have had nothing but a great experience with them and recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their lawn looked after.

We had an aeration done and the seasonal applications of Fertilizer and weed control done last year and we were very pleased with the way our lawn transformed into one of the better lawns on the block. The service was great and we definitely signed up again this year and plan on signing up years to come. I highly recommend this company to anyone :)

We bought our house 3 years ago and the lawn looked like a blanket of weeds, it didn't seem green or healthy at all. My neighbors suggested Green Drop and were very happy with their services, I called in, talked with professionals that answered all my questions and we agreed the best thing for my lawn would be aeration as well as the guaranteed program for no weeds, plus fertilization. I was so happy with the results from the first year I continue to this day. Thank you for the great service and all the useful instructions!
