Since our formation in 2004, we have completed dozens of projects in occupational analysis, skilled trades and apprenticeship, skills assessment, workforce development, skills transfer, certification /accreditation and industrial leadership development. Our clients include Canadian HR Sector Councils, industry associations, labour unions, and companies in construction, manufacturing, mining and processing, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, agriculture and forest products industries. Jointly owned and managed by Kevin Sheppard and Jeff Griffiths, who lead all projects, our firm draws upon the expertise of a number of associate consultants and specialists from across Canada to assist in projects on an as needed basis. Jeff Griffiths and Kevin Sheppard are Certified Management Consultants. The Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation is the profession's only international certification mark, recognized in 43 countries. It represents a commitment to the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. CMC-Canada (the Canadian Association of Management Consultants) administers, and its provincial Institutes confer, the CMC designation in Canada.
