This is a true reinvention of the whee. Everything was so good and the five of us didnŌĆÖt even get through a third of the menu. A must come back.

Tonight was my first time at Gringo St and i donŌĆÖt know where to begin!! Atmosphere- awesome!! The food is incredible and perfectly priced. We ALL loved our cocktails. I had the Nacho Baby and it took everything in me to not order another one. Our server Jenna was super knowledgeable about every single detail. Rockstar service all the way. IŌĆÖm sure all the servers are great but next time IŌĆÖm there I hope I get her section again. CanŌĆÖt wait to come back!! ’┐Į’┐Į

This place is so cool! The atmosphere is fun and the food is delicious. We ordered 4 tacos each and literally couldnŌĆÖt pick a favourite (however leaning most to the cheeseburger taco). The wait time was long but we also went on cinco de mayo so it was slammed.

Great atmosphere! Food and service were excellent! Best cocktails ever!

First time here with hubby tonight. Sat at the kitchen bar. Best seat in the house!! Food was fantastic, conversation and atmosphere was great and so was the service. Highly recommend! CanŌĆÖt wait to come back!!!

So we came here by accident as we thought it was cleaver which it ended up being a sister restaurant to cleaver. But what a surprise. The happy hour is amazing and the cocktails are incredibly delish. They have 14 tacos. Most place have 5 or 6 I was amazed how good everything was. Highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere great set of servers (the english red haired girl is awesome) cocktails were fab and a great atmosphere loved the cheese dip they have not sure what it is called but very good. The place is busy and loud so not a romantic meal kind of place more of a cocktail food pre night out place we love it

Went this past Saturday night. As we were walking by we saw a couple empty tables so we thought we would try it out. They said they would seat us but would have to move us within the hour because the table had a reservation. We were fine with that as we just wanted a quick dinner and didn't plan to take long. Even before ordering drinks they reminded us again about moving us. Ordered a $12margarita that was ok, nothing special at all and not worth $12. It came in a very small glass, which caused the server to spill some of when bringing it to me. For dinner I order the pork shoulder dinner, was told that it was extremely spicy and was I sure I wanted that. Just the way she said it kinda threw me. Decided to go ahead with it and ordered a beer. The tacos my husband ordered came but he was confused because they brought him4 instead of 3. Turns out the server just ordered me one pork shoulder taco. And the tacos are tiny. I have no idea who would think you would order just one taco. I will say what I ate was good. But tiny and medium spicy. Again through all this they must have reminded us 3 more times that we had to move tables. Honestly, just didn't feel welcomed at all. The food was fine, wouldn't recommend the blood orange margaritas. Nothing about it was worth the money.

Well we love the food and service but ..... we got here at 4 and told we could not get a table for 2 and had to sit at the bar ..... we are about to get the bill and the restaurant is not even close to being half full .....not sure if we will be back .

AMAZING MARGARITAS AND COCKTAILS! Big Thumps up for the bar tenders! .... unfortunately blend food....A taco is as flavourful as a pice of white bread ’┐Į... good for drinks and atmosphere not a place to eat or do finger food.

Went for dinner last night (July 24 2018). There were 5 of us, with my husband and I from out of town. We were seated and offered water. Drinks took a while to come, were overpriced and not very good. Food was great and well priced. I had tacos, he had ribs. Got our bill and they charged for the water. Our friend mentioned it to the waitress as we had not been advised there was a cost. We had the manager come over and basically belittle us over $2.. when $2 on every bill really adds up and should not be offered as though it's on the house. According to the manager, who is very rude, it's on their website. As a customer, I have never had the manager of an establishment laugh in my face when expressing concern over a policy. The waitress was embarrassed.. the situation was ugly and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Hope Calgary gets a Tacofino soon.
