Groovex - Dance Fitness Calgary

Come join the fun and get fit at the same time! Groovex is about having a blast while we dance and sweat to some awesome beats! It is hip hop infused and easy for all to participate! Classes are Wednesday 1: 30 - 2: 30 pm, and Thursday 8: 00 - 9: 00 pm.

Mini Groovers is for kids ages 5 - 12 who want to Groove and learn hip hop in a fun, non-competitive surrounding. Classes are Wednesday 4: 30 - 5: 15 pm at Platinum Preforming Arts. #15 - 8555 Scurfield Dr NW, Calgary, Alberta

I started dancing at my Mother's heals as I watched her prepare her aerobics classes in the '80's! I have loved dance and fitness and have been involved with one or the other throughout my life. I am also a licensed Zumba instructor and love what Zumba has brought to the fitness world!
