We purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan from here 2 days ago and had a great experience. They took the time to answer all our questions and we left feeling really good about our purchase. Would definitely recommend, and we will be coming back when the time comes for a new vehicle.

Best dealership by far in Alberta. Worth it to do business here. All the staff, especially Bara, Diya (Sales manager) and Adam (finance manager), are amazing, very helpful, didn't feel pressured to buy or make a decision, very educated, relaxed and make you feel right at home. They served drinks and goodies while in the process of deciding. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle in the future. Greatest team ever at the Spruce grove Dodge dealership!!

Had to bring my truck in for warranty work with only 1141km on it. I brought it in for it to be looked at. They new exactly what the issue was and ordered in my part. They called me a few days later when it arrived and booked me in the VERY next day. I dropped it off an hour before my appointment and it was done exactly when they said it would be. Great service and efficient. I'll be back when and if more work is needed.

We bought extended warranty on our vehicle only to find out it actually wasn't even applied to the vehicle. We called and they said they would honour it and apply it to the remaining kms. Went to use warranty last week only to find out it hasn't been applied to vehicle at all. $3500 rip off and won't even give us our money back. Won't ever deal with them again.

We bought a brand new challenger about a month ago. We dealt with Bara in sales and I've got to say what an amazing experience!! He was so awesome and easy to deal with. He was so honest and straight to the point. No nonsense and we loved it. Even after the sale was done he was still great to deal with I regards to servicing and after the point closing. Hes done everything in his power to make us happy and it definitely shows! I would recommend going to this dealership and especially Bara to anyone!! Great job spruce grove dodge!!!

As I'm driving into the lot with my windows down I take a quick glimpse of what this dealer ship has to offer as I am driving through the lot I hear "hey buddy, can I help you with anything?" Immediately I was turned off by this as it is very unprofessional language and quite frankly rude. I will not be coming back here.

Again the service department. After the dealership kicked out most of the service people and the dealership got sold to Auto Canada, you would think that it made a difference. Showed up with my 2017 RAM 1500 for the 1st service. I asked for the 89.95 worry free service ( oil change, inspection, tire rotation etc.). Service lady tells me a story that this service has to be done only every 20,000 km not now. Only the oil change would be needed. Truck is ready. Invoice shows: Customer declined service maintenance. Seriously?! That dealership is a big bad joke! Service people don't know the basics of their vehicles!

Terrible numerous experiences with the service department here. They lied multiple times, saying that if I had to bring my grand Cherokee in for service and it would be held overnight, that I would be given a loaner vehicle. Barely 3 months after buying the air suspension quit working so I took it in, it had to be kept overnight because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so I asked for a loaner vehicle, they told me, "we nixed that program, it was costing too much". Many more issues after that. I would recommend using them for their sales department to find what you want, as they do treat you very well (minus the lies), then just go somewhere else to buy.

I have always hated going into a dealership until now; low pressure sales and they will work the numbers & inventory until YOU find something that works. Went in to buy a new work truck for my small oilfield company. Their sales staff is understanding and incredibly skillful. They will not leave you abandoned even after the sale. Top notch customer service
