I received a note on my window after parking in the EMPTY parking lot AFTER hours... Citing that the parking lot was for "grove plaza customers only- please respect that" if the place was booming and it was mid day and I had taken a spot from a potential customer I can see the need for the nasty note, however I was parked for an hour accessing a service across the street. RELAX

They lost my King Size comforter over a month ago and have done nothing to replace or reimburse, manager hasn't even contacted me ONCE to discuss. Bad business and clearly awful customer service...take your dry cleaning elsewhere!!!
