Grove Rv & Leisure

We traveled from another province to purchase our travel trailer. When we arrived the trailer was supposedly ready to go. There were a number of issues that should've been found on the dealer prep that were not addressed. All the promises in the world were made including, the warranty person would make arrangements to work with a local dealer in our area to make arrangements to have the issues that we initially found addressed. Within a couple of weeks of the purchase, we discovered additional issues. The Grove RV warranty person was involved in a couple of the initial emails and brought in the manufacturer warranty rep to the email chain. Once that happened Grove has been non existent in the warranty process. I'm dealing directly with the manufacturer and was trying to find a local dealer to complete repairs, now having to do the repairs myself with manufacturer supplying the parts. I would not recommend nor purchase from Grove RV again.

Just an update:
I received a call from the Grove RV warranty rep today inquiring as to how I was making out with the local RV shop, when I explained that I had to resort to making the repairs myself and my disappointment with the whole process and the broken promises, I was given an apology for misunderstanding what their commitment during the sale would be. The call was ended shortly thereafter and I'm no further ahead, Thank goodness I purchased an RV that so far has great manufacturer support

I recently had extensive body work done to my Class A motorhome. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship that was done, my expectations were exceeded entirely. I also really appreciated instead of decals they painted everything to match the faded colours on the side, so nothing stood out drastically. Paul was wonderful to work with as he really does care. This is my go to shop for my RV as all staff are professional and they do and have it all.

We were very pleased, fantastic array of top of the line RV units. Our sales person was very helpful and let us run through what ever we wanted to see. Hoping to own one of these units soon.

Great selection of rv parts. Huge parts area with helpful and friendly staff. Recommend them for all things RV.. Make sure to ask for the 10% discount on parts.

Does not stand behind his word or warranty. a lot of run around for a $200 dollar part. no integrity. We purchase a trailer off him, water pump leaked and flooded the trailer. He instructed us to purchase a pump, install it our selves and he would re-reimburse us for the part. we sent him receipt as he requested.....8 months later we are still waiting for compensation. not a honest business man

I purchased a used 5th wheel trailer from Grove RV in February.
My sales guy Marty was great. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.There was know pressure to buy. Grove RV has taken care of any issues with the trailer.
I would and will recommend Grove RV to any one looking to purchase a new or used RV.
