The smoked meat poutine is absolutely insane!!! Best thing I've ever tasted!!! The Reuben is excellent as well. Food is great and owner Peter is an awesome guy.

I've eaten at the Mecca of smoked meat establishments in Montreal and I can honestly say this is as good, if not better than I have had there. I'll be run out of Montreal next time I'm there for saying that, but I'll take my chances it was that good.

I could eat here everyday! The unique home cooked menu offers a variety of delicious and kosher meals. It is always enjoyable to stay in and eat, but you can easily pick up any of the food to go - or call your order in before hand. Staff is super nice, you can tell this is a family operation. The walls are adorned with family pictures and souvenirs, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. My favourite is the grilled special with the fries and a side of the kosher dill pickles! This establishment has he best smoked meats in the city! Can't recommend it enough. The price is decent, and the quality and freshness of the food is always great. Sandwiches are piled high, and portions are very good. You will not leave disappointed (or hungry)

I am consistently surprised when I show up here at noon and the lineup is only down the stairs rather than down the block. Literally everything on the menu is excellent, but don't order off the menu, just have whatever the daily special is.

Fantastic maple bacon cheeseburger, meat sandwich, a.o.!! Great service! I would suggest they open a franchise back in Europe - Holland/Belgium!
