Very poor job charged me an hour's worth of work for something I asked them not to touch and left the pieces inside my vehicle disassembled. The "manager" handled it all very poorly and admitted to being too incompetent to not touch it or at least charge me for a half hour as it was only a clip and they didn't reassemble anything so I will not be going back there and I advise you to do the same. I believe the man's name was Jarrett and he refused to get his superior so I paid and left.

Scott in the Service Department has been excellent to work with. My car had some issues shortly after it came off of warranty. Scott was able to go to bat on my behalf and get the repairs covered anyways. We've always had good experiences with GSL, the sales, service team, and even the courtesy drivers are always great!

I recently leased a Colorado from these folks and the sales department was excellent and efficient. On the other hand, the finance team screwed up the paperwork which has cost me two extra trips back to the dealership to get rectified. It also took me almost a half an hour (despite being first in line) to simply buy mud flaps at the parts desk. I tried calling them to order some extra stuff and had waited on hold for close to 45 minutes before giving up. Overall, not impressed so far.

Brought car in to have tires changed. When I made appointment said it would be ready at noon. Called at two said it would be ready at 3. Called at 3:45 no answer said they would call me back within half an hour. No call back. Called again at 4:15, spoke to service. She said it was ready for pickup. Who knows how long it was ready for pickup. I would be more understanding if there was a problem that they needed to figure out, but this was a straight forward tire swap. There's no excuse for it taking 4 hours longer than expected. This happens every time I need any service from them, it always takes approximately twice as long as they say and the communication is piss poor. I can't wait for my warranty to be up so I never have to deal with them again

The sales team is great i purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and have nothing bad to say about them, they where very helpful and got me out of a bind. but the service department and auto body department are poorly managed. I will not be returning to this dealer again. Here's why...
Strike 1 - my truck got rear ended and the bumper had to get replaced, upon pickup the bumper was incorrectly installed and was off center, also the rear wheel fender was installed incorrectly. they never did have to fix their mistake as i was rear ended again with 2 days.
Strike 2 - both of my vehicles had been stolen so i had them send to GSL for the required repairs. I was leaving town for 3 weeks and asked to have them ready upon my return to town. when we return they hadn't started anything and we didn't get them back for another 2 weeks. Also when they supposedly when through them with a fine tooth comb they missed the issue with our entertainment system and had to bring it back to them to replace the DVD player. i had them install a leveling kit for my truck and they overcharge (double dipped) on the alignment and i had to fight to get this back.
Strike 3 - Most recently, i had brought my wife Yukon in (for the DVD repair mentioned above) since it was missed on the original insurance claim they had to get it reopened which took about 4 days. they had to order the part for this and when i went to pick up the Yukon for the night i waited for about 20 min for them to bring my vehicle around to the front. the service manager came out to see me and they ended up backing my vehicle into another vehicle causing damage to the back of it. they apologized and said they would take care of it....i go home and notice some additional damage that they didn't point out to me, i voice my frustrations the next day and point out the damage i noticed....3 days later they call me to tell me its ready for pick up. my wife and i go down to pick it up, again i wasn't the happiest at this point and the service manger said he has taken care of everything. they hand us the keys and said it is out front for you, we went outside and it was nowhere to be found, we had to go back it and eventually they found it and brought it out front for us, but to our surprise it wasn't washed (minor) but worst of all the part they damaged wasn't even installed!!! So there we sat for another half hour waiting for them to finish the job. So with all of this we wont be returning to this dealer again....

To put it simply, if you're looking for a new GM vehicle, go see Joe Champion at GSL. Absolutely no BS. We just bought a brand new Silverado from Joe, and the buying experience was simple and fun. There was no pressure and no stress. Joe was ready to answer any questions we had, and was genuinely interested in helping us find the vehicle we wanted and needed. This was our first buying experience with GSL, but it won't be our last. Thanks so much, Joe! We're looking forward to picking up our new truck!

Despite having my vehicle for 2 days could not fit in the time to check my front brakes as requested. Were slow to respond, but overall vehicle was returned and the work that was requested was completed properly. People at pickup are really friendly. So far this is the best Cadillac dealer in Calgary. Love the vehicle and features, but the service experience could be better. Not in line with other luxury brands.

My husband and I wanted a new truck for our trailer and our Product Specialist Andrew Varadi found the perfect one only a few minutes after describing our wants/needs!

Andrew was fantastic and professional with us answering every question we had and helping us with whatever we needed prior to purchasing.

During sale time, we dealt with finance manager Hugh Dixon and he was just as awesome. He made sure everything was taken care of within just a few hours of us leaving the dealership after starting the purchase process for the new truck. We picked up the truck only 2 days after seeing the truck for the first time and signing the bill of sale and Andrew and Hugh made sure we were completely comfortable with everything before driving away in our new vehicle.

We've had some horrible sales and service previously elsewhere before stepping foot in GSL and I'm not sure why after this wonderful experience we've never come before. We will be back for our next vehicle, no doubts about that!

Found a truck I was interested in online. Being my first truck I was very picky. I left a message to find out more information. In a short amount of time. I was in contact with Aaron Mirkhaidarov, this guy was great knowing it was a truck I was interested in he never rushed me into my final decision. He returned all my phone calls and found any information I needed. I left with the truck of my dreams for an amazing deal. Will definitely look into GSL GM again when I'm looking to buying again.
