We purchased our 2018 Bullet in March of 2017 and have had zero issues with the unit so far. The sales staff were great and spent the time to show us around both new and used units on numerous occasions. The kids really loved riding around on the golf cart looking at units. They even had a bbq event on one Saturday and were providing free hot dogs, chips and pops to visiting customers. This is the first trailer our family has owned and the service staff was great at making sure we understood everything about the trailer before we left the yard with it. And if we ever have questions on anything, even as simple as how to turn on a light, they are always happy to help. I will be buying all my future trailers at Guarantee RV.

We have owned our unit since 2013 and we absolutely love it. The sales staff were amazing and from financing to pick up everything went smooth. We had to take it in for service one time because of a slide issue and the service staff was amazing. They Fixed it quick and with in a day. The service department was great to deal with and they have a friendly staff. I would recommend Guarantee RV to anyone as they know how to deal with there customers.

We went up to look at there fifth wheel trailers, after asking a few questions at the reception desk we where shown to one of there salesmen desks Terry or Trevor I think. Its been a long time since I was at school and spoken to like a child!!!! This man was only interested in his hearing his own voice and didn't answer any of the questions we asked him without some sort of remark like we where idiots!!! He did us a massive favour as we went to another dealer, got a better trade in value for our trailer and where treated with respect!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Unfortunately I had a overall negative service experience leading to me to distrust Guarantee RV anymore.

I had taken my Trailer (bought brand new from Guarantee 1 year ago) in for warranty work and left it with them for two weeks. Booking it in for service was difficult at best, multiple phone calls after filling out the online request before I could finally get the appointment.

Left the trailer for two weeks for all repairs to be completed. Specifically left a note instructing them to call me before any work was performed (dropped off on a Sunday). I received a call AFTER all work was 'completed' that the trailer was ready for pickup. No mention of anything else that occurred to my trailer.

The day I picked it up was a nightmare. Started off with the service advisor telling me that the trailer had been involved in a "minor accident" in the parking lot, but not to worry as they fixed it and all was good. Reasonably so, I was upset that I wasn't involved in this process.

Next problem occurred when I checked the warranty repairs they had done. The workmanship was terrible at best and I had to have a service tech come out and redo a repair before I would accept the trailer. They also decided to not do one of the repairs that was listed, as they didn't feel it was necessary. I pointed it out to the Service Advisor who also stated that it should have been done (it was a pretty minor fix - I had to do it myself on a Saturday).

The damage to my Trailer is what really set my impression of Guarantee RV. Trying to resolve the issue again was a hassle with getting someone to call back to me. The service manager Charlie could benefit from a little more friendliness in his customer service, especially when fielding complaints. It took a lot of work to escalate the issue, but I was able to address my concerns with the owner. Unfortunately, we could not come to a resolution on this issue.

I don't think it is unreasonable that as a customer, you should be involved in the process of repairs when damage occurs to your property. I was not informed of the accident when it happened, I was not involved in the repair process and was not satisfied with how they handled the entire situation, or how the repairs were done. The structural integrity of my trailer is of a huge concern to me now. Let's be honest, these "right weight" trailers are built pretty poorly and flimsy. It doesn't take much of a force to break a structural piece hidden under the siding.

Unfortunately, overall I left with a lack of trust when it comes to Guarantee RV. Accidents happen, how they are handled is important to customers. I can't support an organization that doesn't engage and communicate with their customers. It shouldn't be a hassle to book your trailer in for service. There is no excuse for not calling a customer when their property is damaged while in their custody.

Overall, I do not trust them. For that reason, I do not recommend them for any service or dealings. I cannot say that I think they perform business in an honest and ethical manner. People spend their hard earn money with them, and they deserve a strong dealer-customer relationship when they give Guarantee RV their business. I certainly did not get this type of service or relationship.

They're are a lot of RV dealers out there, I will be taking my business to a different one after this summer.

Over all satisfied. Salesman (Trevor) was not pushy. Only downside with Trevor he sometimes never returned my email when I had questions.
We bought a 2108 Montana. Orientation was very generic and could have been more trailer specific. Two things frustrated me. There is two black tanks on this trailer. Norman said only one tank has flush. Contacted Montana rep and he told be where second flush was. Norman said hot water heater was both electric and propane. It is hot water on demand as is only propane. Waiting for two items to arrive on warranty. Hopefully service department goes smooth.

Guarantee RV is the place to buy an RV!
We purchased a new motorhome from Guarantee RV, and immediately experienced several significant warrantee issues. The service staff at Guarantee worked diligently with us to resolve the issues. Management at Guarantee took ownership of the situation and provided options that resulted in 100% satisfaction. The individuals we worked with Yvonne, Curtis, Tracy, Mike M. were a pleasure to work with.
What started out as a poor experience was rectified, not by the manufacturer of the coach but by the resolve of the management at Guarantee RV.

I wish that every business would show the commitment and business ethics that Guarantee RV shows its' customers. We are from a rural area in Alberta and purchased a used RV from Guarantee RV, we experienced some problems which we conveyed to Guarantee RV. Guarantee RV responded promptly, took responsibility and addressed the problem and had the problem looked after by our local RV dealer, with repairs paid for by Guarantee RV. I cannot praise Guarantee RV adequately enough for the promptness of service and satisfaction we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating purchasing a new or used RV.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect trailer to fit our needs. We went to the RV show at the BMO centre in Calgary and was not ready to make a purchase. We continued looking at found "RV Guarantee". We had a minor issue at first; however the manager promised to deliver on time. We got the trailer and was 100% satisfied.....

Parts people were less than helpful. Couldn't figure out standard toilet supply hose. I had part # and old part in my hand. Wouldnt look unless I knew the model of the toilet. Don't waste your time getting parts there.
