I started shopping here when they first opened. And now I live a few hours away and still make the trip out to shop here. Iram always has fantastic advice and is wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend shopping here.

Every time I go into Guaranteed Nutrition the main thing I have in mind is, can't wait to stock up on low priced protein bars, and can't wait to talk to Iram (the owner). Over the past 4 years Iram went from being someone I went to see for supplements, to a guy I have conversations with about life, the outdoors and being being a better person. I love these stores, and the friendly and knowledgeable people that work there!

I used to love going to guaranteed nutrition until a young lady with dark hair and glasses started working there. She's been there for quite sometime now and every time I go in she is nothing but ignorant and snotty to me, even more so every time I go. Very stuck up to me but super friendly to my boyfriend. I've given her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, but no it's every single time. Shes never once greeted me or said hello when I walked in, nor has she helped me, even though I've asked her, she told me to "check the shelves." She sits on her phone while ringing me through. I receive nothing but friendly customer service from everyone else in the store, except for when she's working. All of my friends have received the same customer service from her when they go into the store as well, which is awful. My friends and I are all competitors and I can tell you that we will not be going to guaranteed for our up coming preps for our supplement needs. I suggest finding another employee who will bring customers into your store not turn them away.
