Guess

Whilst shopping for a winter jacket my mother and I were approached by an employee asking if we needed any help. My mother was having trouble reattaching the fur hoods to one of the jackets, so she asked the employee to show her how to do it. Her response? “I’m sorry I’m way to busy to help you right now. I’m the manager. I’ll only do it this second if you’re buying it”. Well you self-entitled retail manager, why did you approach us and ask if we needed help if you had no desire to help us? It would have taken seconds to reattach the hood, especially as you’re the alltime supreme manager of a retail Guess store. Alas, she could not spare her precious seconds, as she was very busy doing her managerial duties. Needless to say, we did not end up buying the jacket. Often times employees are mistakenly seen as capable to manage before they are ready. This is one of those times.
