As a salon owner and as a stylist for over 38 years, I have expectations of having a staff that loves their career, loves coming to work with their co-workers and presents themselves in both appearances and professionalism. I have standards in my salon that I want to have shown to reflect that we care about who we are and what we do. It is important to prove to people that with all the years of experience in our profession, whether we be a long time stylist or a student of our trade, we work well together as a team. We go into work everyday with positive attitudes and smiles on our faces and with the staff I currently have, it's proof of happiness we love our jobs and where we work.
