Here are a few things about this fun Family run based business.

My two super awesome daughters & I teach hula hoop making classes (regular tape & vintage fabric hoops, also coming soon. . . DIY LED hoops! ! )

We are self taught hula hooper's. . that just love to hula so we wanted to share a love of ours with those around us.

We offer fun laid back classes where we work on some skills & some hoop tricks. . we are not professionals just girls having fun & sharing the experience with others, while learning together at different skill levels. Please feel free to bring music you enjoy listening to as well. . freedom of movement & self is welcome.
(which can be done in a class setting, individual & group sessions)

Hula hooping is a fantastic way to clear the mind, best exercise for the core & a wicked cardio workout, super fun for all ages!

My daughters & I have also taught large group settings over 300 + kids in the school system in Red Deer (grades 6-9) and are hoping to branch out to more schools this coming year as a fun gym activity to help break away from the humdrum of everyday phys-ed classes, plus its a great way to get the kids moving & interacting.

We make the Custom Hula hoops by hand. .
