Had Ross Cotton replacing by interior doors, casing and trim along with 3 closet doors and all the base boards in the kitchen area. Plus he painted all of the items. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and the price he quoted was better then any other pricing that I received. Would definitely use Ross again. 5 stars to Ross.. I used to work for these guys..... With their pricing structure, it was hard to explain to non-wealthy clients that $90 was a minimum charge for say, a ten minute toilet fix.... Still cheaper than a plumber, but come on! One client couldn't understand the costs associated with tearing a wall apart so an exterminator could do his thing, then another cost to put the panelling back up! It was a giant fiasco, partly because the client was very difficult... But yeah.... Don't work for these guys unless you're reaallly desperate!

Fast, efficient and reasonable in price. Contractor, Mark did a good job and kept me updated throughout the process.

I hired them to do some mudding/taping. First guy showed up to do the quote, but then I got the run around when it came to starting the job. I got burned on two weekends because the guy didn't show up. I called to complain and they didn't even know about the first weekend. After about an hour they had another guy at my place to take over. Jerry showed up on time every single day until the job was done. Communication with him was great and I am very happy with the quality of his work. I would recommend Jerry.

Overall experience really depends on who they send. Don't expect a discount or compensation if they have to send a second guy to make up for the first one.

They responded back quickly, got the details of the job and it the handyman came promptly. It was average in price but, I liked the customer service. My experience was good!

Depending on which handyman they will send to you, but the guy we had originally was horrible. Quality was not there. He was old and I don't think he cared much. I don't mind to pay the fair price if quality is there but if that's not the case, their price is just too expensive. The handyman didn't spend much time at our place, so it was like $100/hr... Also, the same thing happened as Darkbob mentioned below when we asked another handyman to fix the things which the original guy didn't do it right. He looked at them, said he will get back to us with the quote, but he never did. Customer service called us to confirm if he got back to us a couple of weeks later, and I said not yet, she said she will ask him to get back to us, but no, we didn't hear from them after that at all.
