The service was excellent! I went in for a tire change and they noticed my brakes were nearly finished and they dealt with the issue with out hesitation, and without having to book more time.

Purchasing my first Harley was a pleasure at this dealership. From the first peek at various models on the floor with Joe, to the next steps in sales and finance with Kevan and Andrew, and finally on pick up day yesterday, this was a great experience. Even stopped in to the parts desk and Mike recognized me and remembered me by name - quite impressive! Michelle in warranty was also a pleasure to chat with and Joe & Andrew were there again to ensure my bike was ready to ride. Great job, guys...your team is top-notch and I'm totally satisfied with my beautiful machine!

Once again I would like to thank Andrew (Finance Manager), Jake (Parts Manager) Kevan (Sales), Dee (Parts) and the rest of the crew at Edmonton Harley with my outstanding purchase experience. It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my second motorcycle from your dealer. The knowledge, patience and attitude is top notch from the first visit back in 2014 until present.

Last month my Softail broke down on the highway about an hour out of town. We got her loaded onto a buddy's truck and brought her in to HD. You guys are fantastic! Took my bike in at about 4:30pm, had her ready to roll before six. A huge relief for my guy and I as we were trying to get back home to Cranbrook. Thanks a million, Ray (service manager...hope I got your name right??)!!!!!!

Just bought a new bike, Chuck and the sales & finance team were great. As well as the rest of the staff everytime I go there. Nothing but great service and friendly too.

I was looking to upgrade my sporty to a bigger bike. A friend of mine deals with Andrew normally so I gave him a call. 3 days later I was leaving on a 2013 Street Bob. Wicked price, no hassles, no pressure and super awesome customer service. A couple weeks after I bought the bike I got a flat tire. I called Andrew Monday morning, had the bike there by noon, and it was fixed a couple hours later. They gave me a wicked deal on the repairs and all the staff were a blast to chat with. I want to say thanks to everyone who works here! You guys are awesome! Would absolutely recommend these guys!

Hey just wanted to do a shout out to these guys. I left Fort Mcmurray to go on a 2500km trip. Made it to wondering river and got a blow out. Called them to see if I could get a replacement and they said no problem. Ended up being late getting there and called them to see where I could drop it off after hours and they said they would be there waiting for me to get it off the tow truck and into the shop. Now that's amazing service. Thank you to the crew �

Disappointed!! Spent our holidays this summer traveling almost 8000 kms in Canada and mostly the US. I have never been into a Harley dealer that did NOT have a sale rack. I enjoy riding and I love that I can wear Harley brand clothing when I ride but the only way I can do this is to buy from the sale rack. I didn't have a shirt with that dealer name on the back and was hoping to add to my traveling collection. This dealer only puts a sale rack out on Saturdays! That's convenient!! NOT!! Selection of regular priced items was pretty slim too and sales staff were barely there to help! Will not return!
