Been buying tires at Harper's for decades. They are very Knowledgeable and efficient with consistently high quality tires and workmanship. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were able to replace the tires on my trailer with no problems. Good quality tires and great prices.

I won't be dealing with this company again. The three major screwups in the last 2 years are:

1) Billing me for entirely the wrong services, and only catching it when I called to question the invoice

2) Balancing my tires incorrectly - causing a shudder in the steering column. Only discovered when I took my car to a mechanic and they rebalanced the tires, fixing the issue

3) Not returning my tires to my car when I told them I no longer wanted to store my tires with them. (Accidentally returning them to storage) - Didn't notice until halfway home, now need to do another trip.

Harper's Tire is one of few shops with the Hunter Roadforce balance machine in town so I decided to try it out. After 7 years of owning a vehicle with very low profile tires on 19-inch wheels, I must say I'm deeply annoyed with myself for not having used this service sooner. Sick of wheel weights falling off? Look no further. Sick of having to go for another attempt at balancing after your steering wheel still shakes? Look no further. Tires and wheels mangled from Calgary's increasingly horrid roads? Maybe just move elsewhere...but this is your best bet if you're stuck here. Even when cruising over 6-inch high protruding manhole covers and 6-inch deep potholes the ride is comparatively silky smooth. Fork out the extra few bucks for a Roadforce balance and make that painful 5 minute drive just a little better! Should note: only available at their 4 Street SE location
