I have been a customer at the Chinook Harry Rosen for several years now, very fortunate to have been greeted by Kyle V when shopping around for a new suit. Since my first purchase, Kyle has helped me with many items, always going above and beyond to ensure I am well looked after.

I can confirm that the service does not stop at the purchase like many other retailers. Having trimmed a few pounds since my earliest purchases I brought in my Suits and dress pants to be taken in, this was done as a complimentary service no strings attached.

I highly recommend this Harry Rosen location and will continue to shop here for years to come. Thanks for making me look good Kyle!

Wanted to get a custom suit made and was told that I would get a follow up call in a day or two. Nobody called and when I called they told me it could not be done. Worst retail experience I've had to date.

I had the incredible experience of dealing with Barry G over the course of the last week as my new Armani and Canali suits ( purchased on the the spot ) required some alterations. Its very simple if you want someone who knows the latest styles see Barry if you want someone who understands what style will go with the occasion and or social circles that you are dressing for, go see Barry. walked around the whole store today was ready to buy a nice blazer even tried a few on, not even one person came up to me to say hi or help me out with size, all too busy talking to each other and standing around pretending to fold the same tshirt over rather then make a sale.

Staff here are very helpful. After explaining to them what I was looking for, they picked items matching my description from around the store for me to try on. Most brands here are on the pricier side, but most are worth it for the quality that you are getting.
