About Haskayne Finance Club
Recently re-branded from the Financial Management Group, Haskayne Finance Club is a student run organization created in 1989 at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. We are dedicated to helping students achieve academic success, foster financial literacy and gain a greater understanding of the finance industry. We achieve this through hosting various events, providing academic support and giving back to the community.
We will share numerous articles relevant to the current market. We believe that it will truly benefit the individual to continue learning about the ever-changing landscape of business cycles, trends, technology, domestic /foreign industries, and government policies. Our source of information are from reputable business news websites. Alerting you as soon as the news comes out. We encourage discussion on our posts in hopes of learning through each other to expand our horizon.
Our goal is to continue growing and become a focal point for finance students at the Haskayne School of Business.
