Your physician and health care team is there for you when you are sick or injured, we are there for you at all the other times when you need help to get and remain healthy. Many patient’s would like to have an exercise or health prescription for the continuing care related to the certain condition or injury, but the problem being is that very few patients are ever given this advice or told specifically how to do this. Health and Fitness Connection Group picks up where the medical community left of sort of speak and guides you through the journey with your own personal and specific blueprint to a health, lifestyle and exercise plan.
