Health Stand Nutrition Consulting Inc. is a privately owned consulting company founded by Registered Dietitian Andrea Holwegner in 2000. We offer nutrition services including one-on-one nutrition counselling, and by Skype or phone. Our nutritionists are all registered dietitians and moms who care passionately about meal planning for busy families. Our services and resources aim to help people achieve long lasting and dramatic results to boost their energy, maximize their health and manage a healthy weight. We can help you achieve health without guilt or complexity.

• We offer individual nutrition counselling and online coaching to look and feel your best every day! Our dietitians can help you manage a healthy weight, address a medical concern or elevate your energy.

• We offer professional speaking to corporate, associations, government (conference keynotes and seminars /workshops for events /retreats with the purpose of making health more approachable and fun to ultimately boost productivity and reduce employer costs).

• We offer consulting to the food industry /media (media spokesperson for the food industry, writing research /product updates for health professionals, developing content for consumer newsletters /websites /brochures, idea generators and nutrition experts for marketing of food products)
