Great service!! Great management!! I have worked with them for a few projects over the past few years and they have done an amazing job every time. I would highly recommend them.

After going into the showroom and talking with an associate, I was really impressed with Hearth & Home and booked an appointment for them to come and check out my fireplace situation at my home so they could provide a quote. The day came and the associated did not show up. When I called to see if the associated was still planning on coming over, they did not answer their phone or call back when I left a message. The next day I called the office to see what had happened. The receptionist said she would "look into it" and get back to me. I never received a call back or even a sorry. I'm really disappointed in this company. Very unprofessional! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

UNPLEASANT and resulted in a SAFETY HAZARD. During a recent and extensive renovation on our home completed by Home Boss and JT Developments, Hearth and Home was engaged to replace a fireplace in the master bedroom. We were told by Home Boss that the replacement would require less of a build out into the room than the old fireplace and would save space. Not only was that information untrue (the invasion into the room is the same), but the fireplace has been installed IMPROPERLY and in an UNSAFE manner. During cleaning of the fireplace glass I removed the fireplace frame and discovered that the wallboard above the fireplace had started to char - the wallboard is black and the paint has bubbled and peeled. We had already called Hearth and Home on an issue with another fireplace they installed in our basement and they refused to honour their warranty, so I called another fireplace installer to assess the bedroom fireplace and charred wall. We were informed that the wrong drywall was used and the clearances for the fireplace were incorrect, both of which problems resulted in the charred wall. Furthermore, the wall switch for the fireplace had never been installed and the wires for the wall switch were left hanging out of the wall so that the fireplace could only be turned on by a remote control. We must now pay someone else to remove and reinstall the fireplace with the correct wallboard and with the correct clearances, and pay to have the wall switch installed. I would never recommend Hearth and Home to anyone.

The Regency F3500 woodstove has been a very powerful, yet sleek and compact system for our project. It is so easy to use, with very little instruction to follow. The catalytic converter makes for great burn times, and the fan option really moves the heat well into the space. Hearth and home went above and beyond with our last-minute supply request and troubleshooting help. We sincerely appreciate the great quality product and amazing service!

Didn't really help us find the right fireplace, insisted on a very small easy for them to install unit. Ended up getting one nearly twice the size of the one they insisted was as big as we could get. AND it was less expensive
