Omg! Tracy at Helios is freaking amazing did my colour the way I imagined in my head. She took my dream and made it a reality

Loved the service. The last minute booking. The cheapest price in town. For what I walked in for and wanted I was expecting to pay $300 plus and I walked out paying under $200 with a well deserved $25 tip. I will definitely be returning!!! I will recommend Patty to everyone I know!

First time there yesterday and I went in with a horrible color job I had done myself. I was petrified that it couldn't be fixed and I have a HUGE convention coming up... Lindsey did such an amazing job fixing and styling my hair that it's a shocker it was ever the color it was before!!! I even got my lashes done for the firsy time and it was an Amazing experience for me!!!



I will definitely be going back with such amazing service and care to their customers!! Beyond ecstatic with my whole new look!!!

Each of Helios employees are knowledgeable in what they do, and the owner is one of the friendliest! She is always trying to improve everyone's experience by being involved in her business whereas many business owners lack the ability to care much about their clientele.

Terrible service! Owner Rita is unprofessional and rude! Scheduled two massages this morning for this Saturday. Got a call from the receptionist asking if we could change one of the times not even 15 minutes after booking said massages. I said no as it doesn't work with the schedule. Ten minutes later I get another call from this Rita, who apparently owns it. Asking me if we can do 8:30 on a Saturday and I said no, its a Saturday, I want to sleep in. She promptly says "well we can't do it then, goodbye" and hangs up before I could say anything!! As someone who was going to be a first time customer I can say with confidence I will NEVER go to this day spa.
