Join Dionysos! The video says it all!

Talk about ENERGY!! Every hour our dancers sent waves of Hellas across Hawrelak park. We hope they get some good rest now! What an amazing connection with our Serbian friends who came and danced Zorba with Dionysos at each opportunity. Great friendships between great European neighbors.

2018 was an important year of upgrades and changes to our community's Heritage Festival showcase!
The highlights included: a brand new pavilion and stage design; a professionally designed menu board and new food items (Greek pita and loukoumades!); dynamic and engaging shows by our Lyhnari cultural group featuring the Dionysos Dancers and live musical performances by Mr. Pantelis Neofotis!
We are so proud and thankful to all our volunteers, dancers and and supporters.
... To top it all off, our preliminary financial analysis is showing this year to be the most successful in recent memory!
The muscle pains will soon go away but the memories will last forever!

Visit a small piece of heaven for your taste buds at the Heritage Days Festival. Mouthwatering gyro and delicious honey donuts with an iced coffee (frappe). Mmmm...

See you at the Greek pavilion for a tasty gyro and then try mouthwatering loukoumathes (hot honey donuts) which by the way go amazing with an icy Frappe.

Συγχαρητήρια στους μαθητές αλλά και στους δασκάλους και γονείς που δείχνουν τέτοια μεγάλη πίστη στο σκοπό αυτό. From the Hellenic Heritage Language School of Ed...monton, we would like to wish everyone a great summer. It was another fantastic year with wonderful work done by teachers and students! We are so proud of all of you. At our celebration we said a special goodbye to our graduates who have made such a significant contribution to our school and community. Thank you to all of our volunteers, to all the teachers, students and parents for being committed to this cause of creating a Hellenic identity for our children by preserving language, culture and traditions. We will see you all in the fall!
