Kate Thomson was excellent! I brought my vehicle in for servicing and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and helped to expedite the servicing as I missed my original appointment time. It's great to have someone like her helping you out, especially in the service department. Thanks, Kate!

I dealt with Joel Jove who was very friendly and efficient. I brought in my Sienna for a major service at 9 AM and it was ready to go at 1PM, even with the additional job of doing the rear brakes. I was picked up at my house in 15 minutes and shuttled to the service centre. I suppose that is what one would expect for a $ 1600 job. This is a state of the art, well laid out service facility with one draw back, the car wash. Why in the world would anybody have their nice shiny vehicle whipped by a cleaning brush!! Those large rotating brushes leave steaks on the vehicle that are noticeable after a wash and the paint clear coat has to be polished to get it out. This is old, stone age brush technology that's been around for over 50 years!! And nobody who appreciates a clean shiny vehicle would let their vehicle be washed by on of these systems! A state of the art facility like this should have a TOUCHLESS car wash!!!

I purchased my vehicle used at Heninger. This review is for the service department. First of all, there was a large fee for detailing my vehicle upon purchase. I found a pair of glasses, garbage, and a few months later, a rotten orange inside my supposedly detailed vehicle. The rotten orange under the back seat was the worst as there was a terrible smell inside that turned out to be rotting fruit in the summer. There were dirty marks on the interior that I assumed were stains since detailing didn't remove them, but I was surprised to find that they wiped right off with a wet rag. They performed, at best, a quick sweep of the vehicle before delivery. I am not impressed to be charged a mandatory $200+ detailing fee for work that was not done.

Dealt with a girl named Kate. She was amazing... very patient, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended as the costumer service was on point. Why I wouldn’t give them a 5 is because they are impossible to get a hold of and they can do a better job in cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. I had a chip in my windshield that I needed filled and called probably 10-15 times before I just gave up and went somewhere else. As for the car wash, it was very half-assed. I would have rather they didn’t attempt to wash it. However, I’d definitely go back for their customer service.

Heninger Service Centre was a real blessing to us. Almost wish I could bring the entire operation back home with me. The facility is state-of-the-art, and the service representatives I met (a total of 4), were courteous and extremely professional. I had originally planned on a routine oil change and multi-point inspection, for we were on an extended trip covering over 8,000 miles from our home on the east coast of the US, to western Canada, and the western US. The day before my scheduled inspection, I needed to have a jump because of a tired battery. Heninger promptly assessed the need for a new one, as well as a need for new front brakes and an alignment. All was done to my utmost satisfaction. My hat is off to Joel, who helped me throughout. A great experience from start to finish.

We use this dealership for our business vehicles and they're incredibly efficient. We don't usually have much time to stick around for vehicle services so they were able to get us logged in and back on the road with our second van super fast.

Heninger Toyota definitely goes above and beyond. I've brought my car in for two services so far and both times, they have blown me away with their customer service. Lots of little extras like giving my car a rinse at the end of the service or giving me a train ticket to get home when I had to leave my car overnight.

My car is 12 years old - I didn't buy it from them - and they still treat me and my car like gold.

Took my Camry Hybrid in for a seasonal tire change, oil change, and check up. Great to leave tires with Heninger until next winter. They said Air Filter was dirty so I changed that too. The lounge at Service Centre is excellent, so stayed and waited for car. They gave my car a quick wash and vacuum which was a very nice detail. All good today. :-)

Adrian always does a fantastic job and this time was no different! Right away he gave me the oil change (free program) discount that he had promised at the time of my previous service to be applied at the next service. He is wonderful to deal with - so pleasant, conscientious, and professional!! Heninger is so fortunate to have such a top notch employee!! :)

Love the fact that you get a free car wash too (I didn't even have to ask)!! This is such a nice touch to great customer service!!
