I went and tried to look for a bigger car at Heninger Toyota with the intention of trading in my slightly used sedan. With the help of Anne Reyes, all my inquiries and questions had been handled and answered with all honesty and transparency. She is not only a very good and knowledgeable individual but also a very sincere financial advisor. Though, we were not able to complete the transaction temporarily due to financial restriction I am pretty much confident that I have found the right Toyota dealership and the best sales person who could help my dream car a reality. Came in for a Tacoma and ended up getting it. The sales manager and sales associate team was great. I went back 3-4 times and every time I went, they were very patient as purchasing a vehicle is a big decision, which they were understanding of. I was told the gym at the service center was for customer use, but I’m pretty sure it is not and only for staff. I probably wouldn’t use the gym there when dropping off my vehicle to get serviced, but either the sales person didn’t know or they just tried to make a sale.

If you're looking for a very reliable and honest product advisor... Anne Reyes is the one to look for!!! Since I purchased my 4runner in 2015, I would always come to her to seek advice about my truck (maintenance, warranty, parts, etc.) and she has always been so helpful. We had a excellent experience from Miss Anne the last time we visited the store. While we were at the store, I was amazed how she handled each customer and answered all the questions we asked. I brought a couple of friend at the store who were looking for an SUV. We test drive some of them. She even referred us to one of the technician for some technical questions relating to cars, which of course best explained by them. Nevertheless she was proficient, knowledgeable and best in costumer service. I definitely gonna come back again. What a great experience!

Bought a new Camry from this dealer a few years ago and when they had a good deal on a used Camry Hybrid recently, I referred my nephew there and he bought the car. I was told I would get a referral cheque from them.
However the cheque did not come. Doris Sun from the Service department actually called me up to check if I had received the cheque and realized there was a typo on the postal code. They quickly issued a new cheque and I got it after a few more days. I am very happy with the service from Heninger. They kept their promise and made things right for me.

Jay Jiang is the sales advisor who was super patient and detail on explaining everything with his knowledge and experience with Toyota. Leo Mei is the sales manager who was also experienced and be trusted. Our family dealt with Leo and Jay for the last 11 years, and we always return to them for their great service. I also refer all my friends who is looking for a vehicle to shop at Heninger Toyota as they have a great team including Jay, Leo, and Elaine. You don't need to shop around as Jay and Leo will always give you the best price and suggestion with quality vehicles. Great People, Great Toyota Dealership!

Sales personnel quick to help! They asked questions on my needs and recommended accordingly. The young sale guy is new but has great product knowledge and excellent services. The sale manager was very understandable to our needs n budget. Recommended features and model according to our needs and budget. The total service in delivery the new car was great n the finance lady and the salesman were so thorough and patience to explain all details. Great product ( my third Vehicles from this dealership) and excellent service!

Leo Mei & Elaine Zhu are very knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely NO pressure of purchase, and they are super friendly. Referred friends to them, and they are willing to help out to search of vehicles suited their needs. Even with used vehicles, they sorted and provided the best quality and certified used vehicles. Hassle free after purchase with no problems or issues. Highly recommended to go to Leo & Elaine when looking for new or used vehicles.

Update: Received a call from Heninger Toyota's management within a few weeks of this review. They showed concern and dealt with the problems immediately. I am satisfied with the resolution and therefore changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Will gladly do business with them in the future.

Went to Heninger Toyota Online chat and asked if they had promotion on the new 2017 Toyota Corolla. The particular car that I was looking for was Corolla LE Eco. The sales guy quoted me $270/month! This was way higher than the lease rate from Toyota.ca. I was not very impressed.
I asked the sales guy why it is higher than advertised price but he never got back to me.
I ended up leasing the car from Stampede Toyota. Much much better service and the price was way better than Heninger Toyota.

Just picked up my 2017 Sienna last week. It is a great car. Wife and Kids likes so much. I am generally not a person like shopping, but the experience was pleasant with this dealer. Been there four times from wondering around, testing drive, making order, to trade in my old car, finally picking up the new sienna. Always was greeted warmly, explained the options thoroughly and patiently.

Elaine, finance manager, went through all lease options, explained rate , getting paper works done timely with great details, make sure I got the deal fit my finance condition. Have to mention she got work done quick! Great work, thanks!

They continued to impress me with their knowledge, respect and honesty. They are so kind, courteous and very professional.
