Heritage Hill Medicentre

Had to go to this location last week for a walk-in apt. Waited well over an hour before being seen by the Dr. Got prescription for antibiotics. The problem hasn't gone away after a week and the antibiotics are finished. Called them to schedule an appointment with the same Dr so I wouldn't have to wait for over an hour again, but was told they can't make an appointment as it's not my own Dr so I have to go for a walk-in again and wait over an hour. Or I can go in right now as it's only a 5 min wait, like I can just leave work and do that! Staff not at all friendly or helpful! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!

I felt very welcomed at this clinic. It was my first time here and the staff at the desk was very friendly and cheerful! I didn’t have to wait too long and my doctor was also very thorough. Definitely will return.

Excellent treatment, they listen to what you are saying. Ask intelligent questions of patients to determine issues at hand. Reception/nurses are wonderful. Dr. Karia is very thorough and understanding.

I’ve been looking for a very good medical clinic for the last 2 years for our family since my regular doctor retired.

I haven’t had any luck until I went to the Heritage Hill Medicentres a little while ago.

Wait times are really fast compared to many other clinics we have been to.

The receptionists are great and really friendly.

The doctors we have had take their time with us and do not rush. I sense they want to make sure that they are really trying to figure out what is wrong when we come in with an illness or an issue. They also make my little ones feel very comfortable by telling jokes and talking to them.

There’s a real nurse as well on duty (first time I’ve seen 1 at a medical clinic) which is great. I find that the nurses speed up our visits because they ask the correct and proper questions about why we are visiting the clinic and then tell the Doctor so he’s up to speed.

All in all I highly recommend the Heritage Hill Medicentres to anyone looking for a medical clinic!!

The staff greeted me well and let me know what the wait time would be and I actually got in to see the doctor sooner than expected. The doctor was pleasant, knew what I needed and I was in and out in a flash. This is also one of the few medi-centers open on a Saturday evening. Thanks for being there.

The doctors were very thorough and were able to answer all of my questions. The front staff was very friendly as well. My appointment was finished in sufficient time, unlike many other places I have been. Very easy to find and parking was no problem. 10/10

This is the GREATEST Drop-In Clinic that I have ever been to !! The ENTIRE staff ... Receptionists, Office Manager, Nurses and Doctors are ALL AWESOME !! I had such a great experience at this Clinic that I moved my file from my Family Doctor to the Clinic and have used them for all of my medical needs for over 15 years. My Spouse and two children have also used this clinic for the same amount of time and have never had anything but extremely positive experiences. I am disappointed that anyone would ever give this Clinic a negative review. We fully understand that when you go to a drop-in Clinic you can expect to wait ... try going to Emergency and see how long you'll be there. What a tremendous blessing that we can even go to this Clinic with no appointment and be seen by a doctor. As well, we also would expect that if we were to check in within an hour before the close, there's a better than average chance that we won't get in, just due to sheer demand. The GREAT thing about the girls at the Front Desk is that as best as they can, they will tell you how long the wait is going to be, and suggest that you are welcome to leave and return to the Clinic when the wait time has passed. How great is that ... you can check in and then go and run some errands or just walk over to the numerous stores that are in the complex and "browse" to pass the time faster !! As well, you can check the Wait Times on the Medicentre Website so that you can know in advance before you get there how long the wait is going to be. Try visiting a Third World Country like I have and see how long your wait times are - most of those people don't even have access to a Doctor ! I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone! Walked into the clinic, staff were willing to help and friendly. When she asked why I was there she did not react in a judging manner, she remained professional. Doctor had a good bedside manner and was thorough. Wait time was not to bad compared to other clinics.
