We are excited to be back again in November! With Taylyr Lively leading us through a beautiful yoga practice! November's event will focus on coming back into alignment with yourself! We will share a yoga practice for 45 minutes, followed by a workshop on value setting! By the end of this event you will be in flow with yourself and have a clear understanding how to set and live your values. Please bring a mat, friends and your smiling faces! Snacks and water will be provided!... This event is for teenage women ages 13-18. Please share with the young ladies in your life!
