Fast service, friendly staff; must compliment Abdul Rahim and Gagen, especially (hoping I spelled names correctly).

First, my employer a U S platinum member. That holds no sway in Canada. Second, when the vehicle was returned, we drove it to the dealership. There was a loose bumper, that they said was damaged. we agreed to pay it. When we received our credit card invoice, there was an $86.04 towing charge. The car didn't need to be towed, we drove it back to the place. It has now been 9 months and we still do not have this issue resolved, they refuse to refund a towing charge that they called for, but was not needed. If it takes this long to resolve such a simple issue to the customer's satisfaction, then they get a low scoring review.

I had a great experience returning a vehicle here from Vancouver. Lady was awesome.
