As young as 2yrs, Woman only classes, Men's only classes, Men's 38 + class, An after school program aimed at putting all that energy to good use while promoting fitness & fun. As well as a Lunch program. We have Beginner /Intermediate & advance classes. These are a NO contact classes. Sparring classes are available, Once a student has proven he /she knows the sport & the risks involved.
