High Mark Homes, established in 2005, is a home building company based in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Joint owners, Carston Siebert and Tyler Siebert, are proud to have grown up in the Grande Prairie area. We are uniquely qualified to build homes ideally suited to this climate. We offer both custom homes and market ready homes with a wide variety of plans. High Mark is a smaller company who offer the personal touch, helping you achieve a high standard home at great value.

Our employees are young, energetic team players. High Mark employees are encouraged to enroll in the apprenticeship program, to ensure we are leaders in the home construction industry. Using the latest building technologies and high quality construction products, our team ensures excellence in home building. Having employees work directly for High Mark Homes, we can assure the quality that is required and expected.

High Mark Homes uses only the finest subcontractors, who offer quality workmanship and warranty their work. We have an in house plumber, electrician, finishing supervisor, and construction supervisor to make sure the highest quality and detail is obtained.

High Mark Homes is part of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. In 2011 we received the highest level of quality rating that has been issued in the city of Grande Prairie.

Early this year, High Mark homes joined the Grande Prairie Building Association. As a result we will acquire industry knowledge, networking opportunities, and improved communication between builders. As well high mark will be eligible for various awards given by CHBA.
