High River Autoplex & Rv

We went to High River Autoplex in order to replace a trailer that was damaged in an insurance claim. I called first and spoke to Greg Morrison and boy were we glad he was the one that got our call! He was absolutely phenomenal in helping us through the process and providing everything we needed for the insurance side. He spent a lot of time walking the lot with us looking for just the right trailer. He took the time to learn what we wanted in a trailer and was able to help us find the perfect one. Greg is very knowledgeable but most importantly he is determined to get you what you actually want and need. No high pressure sales here! Daniel in Finance was also great at dealing with all the paperwork required. A great team at this dealership and we will now always go to them first for all our RV needs. We will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Went into look for a used fifth wheel trailer and left with purchasing a brand new trailer. We started out browsing the lot and found a couple we wanted to know the prices on so went in to find a salesperson and Nicki stopped us to ask if we needed help. We started getting information on the used trailers but also found a new one in the showroom which we had liked. She was awesome to deal with. We also dealt with Robert who made it fun and easy dealing with finance. Will recommend you guys to anybody looking for an RV.

We brought our Rockwood camper in to trade as we wanted to downsize.
Nicki was fantastic to us. She treated us like long time friends. She showed us several different campers then helped us to narrow our choice for our needs, never pushy. Only helpful and gracious Give her a call if you want the best service. She then introduced us to Rob in the financial dept. What a great guy. He went out of his way for us to get us the best loan that will work for us. Very professionally handled Only great people here.

We were looking for a trailer to upgrade from our older trailer which we really loved. Chad our salesman answered all our questions and helped us us find the trailer that was perfect for or needs. There was absolutely no pressure at all, He made sure the we were 100% sure that we really wanted this trailer. Then we went to see Rob in the finance department to get everything squared away for our purchase and it literally was the easiest purchase we have ever made. Thanks to chad and Rob for making this the most trouble free experience we have ever had! You two were amazing! Thanks so much. We have now used our new trailer for a week and absolutely love it. Would totally recommend this dealer!

We are newbie RV buyers. We stumbled into High River Autoplex and had the great luck of meeting Gary Macdonald. Gary was patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Most importantly, my husband and I felt Gary was honest and not in the least bit "pushy salesman". After meeting Gary and making a decision to purchase, we were introduced to Rob in finance. I can describe our dealings with him as fun....weird, right? Rob is the money guy! He was so easy to work with. He too was very informative, honest and real. We have nothing but great things to say about our dealings with this business. If Gary and Rob are the indicators, High River Autoplex has an outstanding team!

We actually flew from the US to purchase an RV because High River had the one we wanted at a price we were very pleased with! Richard provided the BEST service possible! So very please with our beautiful travel trailer and the great deal we go!

Robert Wiechert in the financial office is a very nice man and quite pleasant to work with. He explained everything we needed to know and went over our options with us. He seemed very sincere in finding out what was best for us.

We bought a new 43 foot Sandpiper Park trailer we worked with John on our sale and was very pleased with Johns help through that process. We later had some warranty issues both Sharon and Emma were there for us and supported us in every way. The ladies are first class all the way! Nothing is perfect but it's the people and their support that count. We definitely would buy another RV at the Autoplex because of the people and their support! The Autoplex team are the best in my opinion.
