Wow. I am not impressed. Don’t bother booking a reservation with this crowed. Chances are they didint put it or book it properly. Didint get a chance to go so I can’t say the service was any good.

Cool place for drinks and bowling. Didn't try their food so far but enjoyed bowling for sure.

I went there this weekend. Never noticed this hole in the wall but decided to give it try. They have bowling and a bar style restaurant on the other side with pool tables which was kinda fun, interior decorations and staff service is excellent. Maple Soy wings was awesome, pizza was however just average. Their signature MacNCheese Pizza was bland and quite burnt on the bottom and unedible for the most parts, I think it's may be baked in a pan with burnt crumbs (see photo) from the last few pizzas. I expect more from a $26 pizza. The Canadian pizza feels more like a deluxe pizza, kinda disappointing. We went there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, there was no one in the dining room and there's no reason for sloppiness. Can't say I will go back.

We went early in the night to see if we could get a lane to bowl. It was around 9:30 and they were already booked. This was not a problem, and we booked a reservation to come back and bowl at 12:45. When we returned they said they were closing and gave us several different excuse for why they were closing. First it was because they were closing for maintenance, then it was because they close at 11. The door said they close at 2am. The manager Josh has no concept of customer service. Don't allow your staff you book reservations and then change your pans halfway through the night and then blame it on your customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service.. we had a booking for a bachelor party and when we showed up they would not accept our reservation. The manager Josh was not understanding at all for what the staff told us and made us feel like it was our fault for wrongfully making the reservation. A let down for an overall great experience in Banff.

Pizza was crispy around the edges and poutine was crispy and salty, but still good. We went on a Thursday which had half price medium pizzas and fishbowls. We came at around 9pm, so the crowd was more teenagers, but earlier would have probably been families.

This place has a hip vibe and great pizza and beer. What more could you ask for... Oh ya Bowling too!

It was a great stop after skiing. Friday pizza, bowling and pool/pin ball. Great for kids and families.

Had a bit of a miscommunication to begin with...called the night before to book a lane as I heard Monday nights are busy as their draft beer is on for $5. The girl told me the only time available was from 5-6 which I then booked in for but mentioned how I'd prefer a bit later like 7 so to put me on a cancellation list just incase. When our group of 6 arrived for 5 the girl at the front said that our time had been cancelled, someone called in a cancelled it on us!? I was a bit weirded out and annoyed by this as we were here and planned a night out of it, the girl said there was no lanes now available but would go and get the manager to see what he could do.
Josh the manager came over looked at his screen for a few minutes..I stood there waiting for him to apologize for the inconvenience and send us on our way but to my delight he offered us a lane for 6 o'clock, even better than our original time! To top it off for the miscommunication, our game was paid for along with our first round of drinks! We played some pool, arcade games, basketball, the kids chowed down on the complimentary popcorn and before we new it we were bowling. Had pizza afterwards and it was amazing! Our night turned out to be tons of fun! Thanks again Josh for giving us all an awesome time at High Rollers, will definitely be back!

Some great deals to be had. 0.50c wings on Tuesday and cheap beer and bowling on Mondays. Wings were good. Pizza was reasonable. Lots of beer choice.
Bowling alleys were shorter than usual.
