We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it!!! The staff are super kind and go way above and beyond!! We will be back!
We had a great experience. We had grass next to our travel trailer. There's a dog run for our dogs. The bathrooms and laundry are very clean. Nice play area for kids. People were great. No complaints.
We are traveling in 40ft motorhome. The site was perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Stay. A lot at koa.some better than others but all good. This was one of the better Koa's. Wished we could have spent some extra time there. Will definitely go back.
We are back country campers and rarely stay at paid sites due to having 3 large but well behaved dogs. The staff was so thorough and helpful, clean & well taken care of sites and I was so excited to find the K9 agility space plus everyone camping was do kind! We will definitely be back
Very clean park and very nice people running the place.
Usually stay here at least once every camping season. Staff are great, always friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to camp. The spaces are wide with plenty of grass. Lots of room for our dog to play. When we asked to stay a few nights extra, Emma worked hard and we were able to stay in the same site. The drive into Jasper parked was beautiful and we saw a coyote, white tail deer and a caribou.
Super nice people manage/run this KOA. It is the best KOA I have stayed at. Very nice campground, kept in excellent condition and has a huge dog walking area. I would definitely recommend!
Our experience at koa was amazing. Staff was incredible and super kind to us and our puppy. Can't wait to go back!!!
Great camping, would like to see speed limit signs sing the roads within the campground vs just at the entrance as there were lots of kids going to from the playground and riding their bikes/scooters. Very clean facilities and cabins.
Great area and great grounds. Sites level and good power.
Everything is great!
Clean -- bathrooms and showers squeaky clean all the time. A really nice man on a quad guided us to our site and gave us all kinds of information. Nice play area for kids.
Beautiful surroundings and extremely well kept
The campsites are small, but they are neat and level. No camp fire s are allowed. The internet is basically nonexistant. Not far from Jasper so it is an easy day trip.
The staff is great.
We will never go back. We were there five years ago and just one week ago on the 20th and 21st. No internet at all and we were camping less than 100 feet from the office. The light was out over the steps down to the restrooms/showers. The thing that tipped the bucket was when I told the staff that the country flags should be set at same level with the Canadian flag in the center. I was told that "you people from the states think your flag should be above any other nation and always be the highest because you think you are better than every one". I explained that I loved Canada and consider the people of Canada to be some of the nicest in the world. I do not expect MY FLAG to be above any country if flown with another country's flag at its side. She stated that Americans won't even fly a Canadian flag in America. I told them that was incorrect. To prove my point, at a KOA in Rapid City the Canadian flag was at the same level and we sent a picture to the staff. I was insulted that she sees all Americans as arrogant and treated us as such.
We have stayed at alot of koas in usa and this was one of the rare ones in canada. The lady at check in desk was the rudest ive seen at any koa. We Would Never ever come back here or reccomend to any other travelers...stay clear if your looking for an enjoyable stay...cant get out of this place fast enough. Good riddance.
Staff drives very fast on their golf carts. Owner yelled at children while pointing finger scaring child to tears.
Owner called police on parent for advocating for owner to speak appropriately to children. Will not return not children friendly.
Staff drives too fast around grounds and kids play area. Staff yells at kids, not friendly, other KOA in B. C we stopped at we're great places and friendly staff. Would not stay at Hilton KOA again
