Hip Hop Dance Classes are recreational, a fun way to get exercise and learn new moves!

ABOUT ASHLEY:
Ashley began teaching Hip Hop Dance Classes & Aerobics at the YMCA in Cobourg, Ontario in 2002.

In 2003, Ashley was given an opportunity to teach along side Miss Stephanie, a Dance Instructor at the YMCA teaching children of all ages Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Hip Hop.

In 2004, Ashley was asked back to continue teaching at the YMCA and also received a new opportunity to teach Dance Classes at the Dance For Life Performing Arts Academy, from Mom & Tots Classes to Adult Hip Hop and everything in between.

In Fall 2005 to Spring 2006, Ashley received another amazing opportunity to teach the Dance portion of the Physical Education Classes at St. Anthony's Elementary School in Port, Hope, Ontario with Grades 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Ashley received so much interest from the students at St. Anthony's Elementary School, she created an after-school Dance Class program for a variety of ages. The Principal of St. Anthony's also sent out a recommendation to other schools for Ashley and that created a buzz and she was requested and taught at more schools in the area.

At the end of the 2006 school year, Ashley traveled out West to Alberta for Summer Holidays and ended up meeting someone and re-locating to Alberta.

In 2007, Ashley began teaching Hip Hop Classes in Camrose to Adults and was asked to teach at Sparling Elementary School for a semester.

In 2008, Ashley created her own Business, Premiere Event Management and due to the time commitment of a starting a Business, she decided to take some time off from dance.

In May 2012, Ashley posted on a few Facebook Groups asking if there were interest for Hip Hop Classes in Camrose and sure enough, she ran 2 classes a week in June and 8 classes a week in August.

Since August 2012 to the present, Ashley is now teaching Classes for the following ages: 4-5 years old, 6-8 years old and 9-13 years old in Camrose.
She has also been requested to teach Hip Hop at Birthday Parties, which have been very fun and very successful!
