I've hired these guys twice to install products on my truck and if I need any other services that they offer, I'll be back. Good quality products and Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Shopped all around and he was best on pricing over everyone plus was super helpful friendly guy. Highly recommend this place over all the others that gouge you badly.

Absolutely the best place to get a hitch system from. I have always been treated with repect and proper peofessionalism. When I did not understand something the owner walked me through what I needed to know and never made me feel stupid or like I was wasting his time.
I read some of the negative reviews and thought wow you people that went to another place and thought it was this place should check your bills. There is no way that these guys treated you any way other than, with the utmost respect for your needs. And yes there are some people out there that cannot be satisfied no matter what. To those I think you should stay at home and never interact with real people ever.
I would never go to anywhere else for my needs.

We aren't even getting the work done as the price is $350 for an install vs. $250 everywhere else. When asked if they'd match - Nope! He suggested I go elsewhere for that price and was happy to see the business go... he also knew I needed to purchase $800 worth of bike attachments for said $350 install.

Fast, friendly and affordable sums it up! Great bunch of guys who tolerated my OCD while installing a hitch on my wife's Mercedes. Perfect workmanship at a great price!

Have used them previously and today really proved why they are the best. I lost a crucial piece to my equalizer hitch during my last camping trip last season, over the winter I had forgot about it until getting the trailer ready for the upcoming long weekend. I actually went to a different store that had no idea what I was talking about, then ran over to Hitch Experts who knew exactly the part I needed and in fact gave it to me free of charge. These guys are the best, I would highly recommend them for any of your hitch, towing, or truck rack needs! Thanks again guys you took a load off my mind :)

My wife got a hitch install on her mazda 3 today, Facts: easy to get a quote & book an appointment for the next day over the phone, good price, knowledgeable, fast instalation on my case today she was in & out in 30 minutes. owner cares about customer satisfaction that's something berry hard to find this days, they can be berry busy some times is hard to get them on the phone but it is worth giving them a second call or leave a messege. Thanks.
