• Discovery -Discuss your project, your wants, needs and expectations and learn how Holly can help achieve your goals
Fee: No Charge

• Planning -Consultation with Holly to discuss ideas and determine the time, budget, design and logistics involved
Fee: $100 /hr

• Selections -Attend meetings with Holly to make product selections to achieve your desired finished project on budget
Rate: $65 /hr or included with Project Management contract

• Drawings -Holly will compile 3D drawings which will allow you to visualize your finished project
Rate: $65 /hr

• Review -Meet with Holly to review quotes from trades and suppliers
Rate: included

• Build -Holly will schedule and oversee trades until project completion
Rate: + 10%

• Walk-throughs -Meet with Holly for walk-throughs to assess the progress of your project Rate: included
