It's okay. It's getting harder and harder to find knowledgeable people on the floor. Often out of stock. Sometimes I feel that they don't carry the essentials. In the yard, lumber is exposed to the elements which is not good for me.

Great selection, very helpful staff.
Quickly found what I wanted and was able to navigate the cashiers and be on my way.

Staff lack the knowledge to help you with basic renovation advice. Most staff member (including the store manager) will avoid helping you at all costs.

Employee name Arsh very rude - no customer service skills. We purchased a bin which was priced as $15 on the tag. On till it showed as $18. She didn't like that - is she the owner of the co. ? Rudely she said this is the final sale. We are not going to return it anyways, however we said to her nicely that its not clearance - its just the price drop. She rudely said I am not going to argue with you. After all that, still we said thank you
to her - she didn't even look at us nor reply back - Rona please teach her some manners/customer handling skills.

Really awesome service! Calling names to customers!! That's how Rona teaches them to serve I guess.

Extremely poor service. I asked them to put two items fon hold or me via phone. Just before I went to pick them up, I called them to confirm the items are still on hold. Their staff member, Sonia, asked me to call later. When I called for the 2nd time, she asked for my phone number, saying she would call back shortly. She didn't call in 20 minutes and so I called for the 3rd time. She said she lost my phone number, and she promised to call back in 20 minutes. Again she didn't call. When I called for the 4th time, she just sais she didn't find the items. No wonder Rona can't survive!

Went here to buy black-out blinds for my children's room. When I went to get them cut to the proper size there was only one lady in the entire paint and blinds department. I understand the economy is slow right now, so we waited about 15 minutes for her to come cut the blinds. She looked at the blinds and said they cannot cut them in store and we should just take them home and use scissors! These blinds were $100 and we needed two, so we said no, as on the box is clearly states the blinds are able to be cut to size. We did not buy them and went over to home depot, we found the exact same blinds for $15 cheaper and the gentlemen there cut them no problem and said we should never cut blinds with scissors and said it was crazy how someone would even suggest it.

I head to this location at least a couple times a week. Lumber yard is hilarious, the guys at the contractors desk obviously are so highly skilled that they cannot be bothered with a regular customer. Customer service girls put in a good effort, but are always short handed.
The rest of the store is average at best.

Terrible service. Asked where something was and he guy just pointed. I asked to be more specific and just pointed again. Checkouts are always too slow and not enough open

Horrible Horrible Customer Service every single time!!! When ever you go the store there is no one to help you. When you finally do see a CSR they run away from you because they are already overwhelmed by the amount of customers coming in. SOLUTION: HIRE MORE STAFF!!! ... Returns are also a hassle. If i could do a Zero star I would.
Save time and head to LOWES instead. Prices there are more competitive and the staff is way friendlier and helpful... Oh and they also Smile which is a plus.

The store was well staffed and organized.

Shopped a lot here while in the construction business. Really friendly and helpful staff for locating all tools or materials I required . Very clean as well. Shelves were organized and taken care of throughly.
