Your experience change 360 degrees once you take Posesion, then you deal with the useless warranty coordinators with the longest response time ever.

So no I don't recommend anyone to purchase a house from Avi, they don't care about you after Posesion. I guest the only good thing is the summerside grande Blvd area Sales manager.

Disappointed

WOWSERS!, Just helped some friends move into their brand new Homes By Avi house, finished basement anD NO INSULATION at the rim Joist area. Not only is it not acceptable, it simply does not pass any code. First time I see this in 28 years of Construction. MANY people are to blame here, AVI, first and foremost, Job Foreman, Insulator, Drywaller that covered up what any retart would realize not to cover, but I guess money is on the line, City of Edmonton inspector, more than one and who else? ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!.
