We traveled 3 hrs to see a particular vehicle at this dealership. We'll be back to deal there again because we were treated so well. The staff were professional , personable and knowledgeable. We really felt the service was outstanding. Just a real comfortable experience.

Staff was extremely helpful. Made my truck buying experience great. They gave us great value for our trade in. Thank you Matt on the financing side and I have to make a special shout out to Lloyd. I traded my car in on a SUV. It was simple, clear and quick. I did my homework on the value of my car and the car I wish to purchase. This made the negotiations simple and easy.
After purchase service was excellent and attentive, starting with my sales person, his manager, the finance office and the parts department where I bought an accessory.
I only had to say things once such as "yes", "no thank you" and it was done. No hassle or high pressure. Honda West was a fresh breath as compared to past experience with dealers.

A friend's satisfaction with the Honda HR-V made me curious about the vehicle. In my search for a new car I visited Honda West to look at the HR-V. The staff was friendly and helpful allowing me to test drive one and provided me with all the necessary details in the event I was interested to purchase one.
I did try other, similar, vehicles but came back to Honda West to make my purchase. The staff was so much more knowledgeable and easier to deal with.

My daughter purchased a used car today after test driving it last evening. Andre is a super friendly sales guy and we had a nice chat during the test drive. Today we were served by Lloyd and Matthew who both were also super friendly, relaxed and helpful. Matthew stayed after closing as we were returning with a plate for the vehicle (Thanks!). And he ensured a final detailing of the vehicle for us even though we had agreed to take the vehicle as it was (pretty clean already) because we wanted to take it that day. Matt (Financial Services Manager) attended to our requests and was genuine and friendly. He went above and beyond to make the transaction work the best for our particular needs. I recently bought a used vehicle from Honda West as an out of province buyer and the experience was awesome. First big car purchase and I wasn't quite sure what to expect but they knew the drill and guided me along quite nicely. Almost all of the deliberation and finance planning was done over phone/email so I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. I was picked up from the airport by Lloyd -- who was the sales representative I was dealing with -- and he was very knowledgeable and understanding about my out of province concerns. Thank you Lloyd (sales rep.) and Awais(financing) for making my first car purchase incredibly easy and enjoyable.

Overall really good experience at Honda West. It was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership and Jake Montgomery (sales) was extremely helpful and willing to take as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with the numbers. Also no push sales which was nice - never felt like I was being ripped off. Gabe in finance was also great and made the financial aspect feel more relaxed. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I purchased my brand new Honda CR-V from Honda West and Lloyd Darilay just redefined what customer service truly is. For someone like me who doesn't know much about vehicles, his patience is incredible. He answered all of my questions, showed several options and never pressured me at all. He didn't care if he spend his whole day with us, all he cares about is making sure that I'd be able to make the best decision for me and my family.
