Over the last few years I have realized that I have a passion for food, wellness, and essential oils. I seem to have a weakness for every recipe book I encounter with Paleo, whole food, gluten-free, sugar-free and /or dairy-free recipes. I just can’t seem to get enough (just ask my husband)!
This blog exists to share all the delicious and nutritious ways a person can happily live without refined sugar, gluten-free, and /or dairy free.
I also have a passion for essential oils. They have had a great impact on my health and wellness. Whether I use them for pain management, to promote a better mood, or to ward off bacteria and viruses, the results are always positive!
